I'll refer you to the post that preceeded your response, in which a poster listed a brief selection of Daily Baller's lies and sensationalism.

Judicial Watch is a right wing attack group, not a legitimate watchdog of anything. Their mission is manufacturing these sorts of "scandals", and making as much noise as it thinks it can sell to a gullible right wing audience.

Last fall, Judicial Watch turned its malignant gaze upon ISIS (or what political hay they thought they could get out of scarmongering over it). They claimed without any evidence at all, that ISIS had a base in Mexico. Daily Baller dutifully parroted this ridiculous fiction.

Not to be content with that splash, and knowing that its audience has a very short attention span, it recycled the lie in April.

This is the sort of thing that trash blogs like Daily Caller, Newsmax and Breitbart do EVERY day.

You attack the New York Times, and your one supporting piece of evidence is a story from 12 years ago, which the newspaper long since apologized for.

I just documented a spectacular Judicial Watch lie, that they not only didn't admit to (much less apologize for), but they liked the rise they got out of the rubes so much that they reran it!

The New York Times and most of the rigth wing trash media doen't even belong in the same sentance.

You asked for another source reporting it and they only cited one quote. The more curious thing is why aren't the others reporting it.

You have proof they have turned them over?

And let's see the specific examples of malfeasance, IE corruption in office. You must have a big list with proof if it was so rampant.

Then why did you say otherwise?

I asked for another source, not someone we reporting it. Daily caller is right wing trash that doesn't even pretend to tell the truth.

    your claim stands unsubstantiated.

Yeah, guess that never happens, like when they criticized the George W. Bush administration for their guest worker program, obtaining evidence of a spike in illegal immigration denied by the administration or when they called for Republican Tom DeLay to step down as House Majority Leader calling his actions on Medicare "inappropriate" and "unacceptable"

The on air-report did not attribute Daily Caller, only the print used one quote from them.

So you cannot prove they have been turned over as the judge ordered, my claim stands and as the OP report states, the IRS is NOT TURNING THEM OVER.

It's the only source they listed. It's trash.

Stands unsubstantiated. You need to provide an actual legitimate source, not a right wing rag.

And hey look Obama not only managed to follow that act but performance was like a $100,000,000 budget blockbuster to GWB's elementary school play.

Just think of what the next can guy accomplish.

Well, this is the adminstration that lost not one, but two attorney's general. One because of qualms about the Adminstrations' secret wiretapping. The other because he purjured himself before Congress over the nationwide voter caging operation that Karl Rove was trying to set up. He resigned before he could be indicted.

Stephen Griles, the Assistant Secretary of the Interior was indicted, and convicted, of peddling influence using his official office as part of his lobbying shop. His boss, Interior Secretary Gail Norton thereupon suddenly found she needed to spend more time with her family.

Then there was the sex drugs and influence peddling in the Denver office of the Bureau of Land Management, whose unofficial policy in the Bush years was to give away as many mineral rights in federal land as possible.

Dick Cheney's no bid contracts stick out like a sore thumb, and the fact that he was not only not going be investigated over it, much less prosecuted, set the tone of the orgy of graft that accompanied Mr Bush's war in Iraq.

There were the bricks of cash flown into Iraq that disappeared.

There was the way the Bush people tried to stonewall, and then defund any investigation into graft in Iraq. They used the same tactic against the 9/11 Commission.a

Later Paul Bremmer testified that they had lost track of 12 billion dollars.

There was the fake reporter that Rove set up in the White House Press Corp, connected with right wing front groups like the Media Research Center.

There was Randy Cunningham, a Congressman so corrupt that he had a price sheet printed on official stationary His associate, Florida Congressman Porter Goss was picked to suceed George Tenet at the CIA and presided over a witchunt in that agency. They were big buddies with the director of the General Services Administration,David Savian, (they used to play poker and prostitutes together), who was convicted. Bush's chief of Housing and Urban development was also convicted.

The Bush team got caught paying Armstrong Williams (now running a right wing trash blog) to pass off official propoganda as real news.

There was the resignation of Assitant Attorney General Monica Goodling over repeated flagrant violations of the Hatch Act. Actually, the White House Attorney's scandal consumed a steady stream of Bush appointees.

There was Casino Jack Abramoff, a close associate of Rove, whose money laundering and racketeering underpinned the financing of the Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee, and who was a frequent White House guest (which is why both Bush and Cheney tried to keep the visitor's logs secret).

That should do for the time being.

OK, you saw my reply to BluesGuy (who should have known better).

Now you document the resignations, indictments and convictions of Obama adminstration officials.

Yes, NoiseMax picked up the Judicial Watch lie and peddled it to its VERY gullible audience. NoiseMax was the one that ran the fake story about a non existant terrorist training camp in Salman Pak, not once, but four times. Each time they tried to pass it off as "breaking news", when it was broken fiction.

    Duh.

You know how important that is? Very important. Something that CTRL+F couldn't solve in about 30 minutes.

I don't read the Post very often, but I see it often enough to know that it's hardly the "left wing propoganda" rag that you claim it is.

But then, it helps to actually read a newspaper to know that.

I don't bother with these fact checkers much either.

It's not hard to find examples of stories from Daily Baller, NewsMax, Brietbart, etc that are false and often ridiculously so. a You don't need fact checker for that.

Any reasonable informed person can find that evidence right on the source. Much of it is laugh out loud ridiculous.

These people are tabloid scream sheets on the web. Calling them media is an insult to the profession of journalism.

I read it before you did. And it is a pickup of the Judicial Watch piece. This guy Baer also promoted the ISIS introducing Ebola via Mexico myth for right wing media this time last year.

You ought to quite while you're behind. Right wing media like Daily Baller, NewsMax and the rest are nothing but cheap scandal sheets for the titillation and exploitation of their gullible and poorly informed audiences. Sensationalism is their product. Facts and truth are not required and frequently inconvenient.

If you want to read this trash, by all means. Just don't try and foist it off as actual journalism.

BTW, what ever became of that non existant ISIS Mexican training camp????? I'm sure Daily Baller will use the story again as soon as ISIS gets in the news and they think you've forgotten the last two times they cried wolf over this.

You must be glued to left wing alarmist blogs again.

Since you are spouting off missinformation, maybe you should quit while you are behind.

The IRS has broken so many laws. What they have done is classified as tyranny. They have used their power to attack political opposition.

Besides withholding the emails, what do we know they have done which is illegal?

    • Attacked 100% of the TEA Party Groups
    • Released Confidential TEA Party information to Liberal Journalists
    • Released Confidential TEA Party information to other Federal Agencies including, but not limited to: FBI, OSHA, FDA, ATF, and the EPA
    • Released Confidential TEA Party information to Democratic Politicians

We have a tyrannical Executive branch and the Justice Department is supporting it. Inaction becomes an action at a certain point and the Justice Department has crossed that line.

I don't read blogs unless someone here references one, and then I walk the story back to its source.

We all know you suck up the trash from the right wing blogs. You're constantly coming here and referencing sensationalist stories for right wing trash blogs, that often as not, turn out to be false.

    - - - Updated - - -

So, where are the string of high level resignations from the "investigations" of Mr Issa.

One of your bretheren claimed that tea party groups sucessfully sued the IRS. This too, is false.
