    Lol, pretty much what I am saying, yes. People in france, slaughtered like sheep. no one had guns. In this clinic, no one had guns. In the college shootings over the years, no one had guns. slaughtered like sheep. The answer is to have a hell of a lot more citizens carrying firearms everywhere and to ban "no gun zones".

    What you really want is to experience a shooting like the Okay Coral! I never liked westerns. . .too many horses die!

    I would much rather not die from "friendly" fire. . .and MANY more people would die in cross fire!

    If this is going to become an everyday event, we need to find a way to pay for the added security and police man-hours.

    If cars are taxed because they cause money to be spent on infrastructure, then guns can be taxed heavily
    to pay for the added infrastructure.

    I'm for private ownership of guns.

    But , like cigarettes, they add a burden on society as far as costs go - they need to be taxed at a rate commensurate with
    the actual costs to society.

    I would rather risk being hit by friendly fire and have the means to take down the enemy than be unarmed and not even have a fighting chance. And no, many more people would not die in a crossfire. Another stupid myth. When bullets fly, people get the hell out of the way and behind cover. Ive been in my share of firefights, and very rarely was anyone hit by crossfire, even when insurgents are spraying away with unaimed AK or RPK fire. Sure, a few get hit, but I guarantee in the situation here, if poeple were shooting back there would be less than 14 dead.
