Seriously….. What would it take for a GOD to prove itself? (Part 2)

It seems to me that a minimum of two or more tiers to the economy are developing............ A significant percentage of us can make it in the market economy and will be able to afford the insurance that will pay for these new treatments..... but a high percentage of people will have little alternative but to settle for the types of treatment that they can afford.

No wonder ten states are discussing a State currency and encouraging local governments to print up local currencies........

Is G-d...... .in a sense the force or power or energy or intelligence our curiosity that gives us humans the freedom and capability to live out many different time lines in many different alternative universes?????????

    http://www.near-death.com/experiences/notable/howard-storm.html#a06

Is G-d, The Fundamental Energy behind all life.......... CURIOUS.......... interested in all possible outcomes that we might choose???????

This reminds me of my wife who can watch a hundred or so episodes of a Spanish language soap opera in just one week?!

Is G-d as curious about our possible choices as my wife???????? Or perhaps even more curious?????

I am of the belief that all of humanity today, especially people who are part of the three Abrahamic religions, are facing a very similar situation to the one presented to ancient Israel by the prophet Elijah.

    1Kings 18:21
    https://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/1ki/18/21/s_309021

In our time period though the question being presented to religious people is.........."Is the being of light of NDE fame who reviews lives with people who have a brush with death........ The G-d of Abraham/ HaShem/ YHWH or the Messiah Yeshua / Jesus / Issa in his glorified form OR.... is the being of light a fallen angel masquerading as The Messiah or as the G-d of Abraham?

    2Corinthians 11:14
The Apostle Paul had very likely read some ancient literature that would be similar to The Book of Adam and Eve that has Satan...... often appearing as an angel of light in order to deceive our grandfather Adam.

But..... Messiah Yeshua - Jesus promised .......

    John 16:25
.... there is a real possibility that the being of light of NDE fame could well be Messiah Yeshua - Jesus in his immortal fame...... filling in the gaps.... and explaining all the mysteries of what is really going on............... then we would be able to do a much more accurate psychological profile of the Ancient of Days the Father.... who Messiah Yeshua - Jesus stated very plainly.... was the One actually doing the miracles...........

Back in 1988, if I had ran into AboveAlpha, Wgabrie and some of the other posters on this forum who really know how to grab my attention with their answers to topics such as this.......... I would have concluded that these were some of the most seriously deluded people on earth!

I wouldn't have thought that they were stupid exactly............… the way that they write makes it obvious that that is certainly not the case..... but I would have felt that they were terribly mixed up and I would have been able to relate to such a small percentage of the topics and ideas that they get into that I would not have been likely, back in those days, to be particularly interested in a forum quite like this one....... or if so I would have gravitated almost exclusively to the Religion and Philosophy section.

In 1990, I prayed and asked for wisdom........... I admitted that I strongly suspected that I was terribly and horribly ignorant...… but I was pretty good at winning the debates that I got into where my "Sola Scritura" approach was recognized as being of some value.

The fact that I prayed for wisdom and understanding with chutzpah.............. and the fact that I was mentored and guided up to an obviously higher level of thought than where I was at 27 years ago........ to my thinking is pretty powerful evidence for the existence of a Force or Power or Intelligence capable of answering prayers/ desire when they have at least some altruistic motivation.

I wanted to accomplish something with my life above and beyond my friends from church! Something for others..... not just simply for myself......…

Is a Unified Theory of Modern World Problems even possible?

I began to use this phrase about five years ago.

It would be like a bacteria cell sitting on a slide and trying to figure out what that big eyeball in the microscope is thinking.

    LOL. Good analogy.

I think you have that backwards. I think humans have too big of egos to ever be in the presence of God, or to become one with God. Jesus said that in order to enter the kingdom of God (which is the universe) we must become like children. I always wondered what this meant. But if you think about it, a small child has no ego. It is about the ego. The Bible also says that we must humble ourselves. Egotistical people could never humble themselves enough to enter the kingdom of God.

That is not what I said. I was talking about the ego, and the fact that very small children have no ego, and that Jesus said we must become like them. I didn't equate lack of ego with ignorance. I didn't say a thing about God demanding worship. I can tell you have never had to 'humble' yourself, because you've always been the man! I suspect you are the one that demands worship. Am I right? Have you ever been in a position or situation where you were so 'out classed' that you had to let go of your ego? I didn't think so.

Because He is worthy of worship, and it's beneficial for our own sake to worship Him.

I made a huge mistake a long time ago because I had a 100% success rate I made the mistake of allowing myself to be shot several times at close range.

Thankfully no members of my Team were hurt due to my idiocy and they opened up with Barrett M82's at distance and so did my second who had dropped on his belly to cover me as I was on my back.

I was wearing a high tech ultra-light vest the catches rounds similar to a Chinese Finger Puzzle but due to the close distance there was ballistic penetration.

I saw the SOB who shot be behind a boulder and I flipped over and balanced my rifle on my 2nd's back leg and ended him.

After my Team took them out I could only allow myself a 1/2 dose of Synth-Morph as I knew they purposely were playing a game of wound one or two and then follow them to see if they went to a Village or secret hidden ammo storage dump...etc.

We were very deep in and 16 hours of agony later we made it to the extraction point.

I was given 2 full doses of synth-morph and I died.

I was clinically dead for a short time till they brought me back.

It was like sleeping without dreaming.

If there is a GOD....and it has a PLAN...the plan SUCKS!!!

When I was young (19) and homeless a man invited me to go to the ocean with him. It is about 120 mile trip which we took in a little red corvette. When we got to the ocean he gave me some window pain acid. I was overdosed, and I had a gran mal seizure. While I was seizing, I had the sensation that I was travelling through time. I became one with everything in the universe. I have never felt so peaceful and fearless. I went back through time until I came to a grain of sand (the only way I can describe it) and then I turned around and came back. When I regained consciousness I was on my knees and talking about Adam and Eve. Yes, it was drug induced, but then so was your morphine 'trip'.

If what I experienced was a near death experience, then the afterlife is a wonderful thing.

    It's 4-Way Window Pane....not Pain.

And I died when I was given the double dose of Synth-Morph.

    There was no trip.

It was like sleeping without dreaming and they brought me back..

You must be a Viet Nam vet to know about window PANE.

Maybe you just don't remember the good part. Maybe you don't want to remember the good part.

Sorry you had such a 'nothing' experience.

    And you know this how?

First of all assigning Gender to a GOD is ridiculous.

Secondly you base your assumption upon another assumption.

No....I am not Military as I am..."CIVILIAN"...in the manner the quotes denote.

I was not active until 1983 after the whole Yuri Andropov/Able Archer 83 debacle.

Unless...… there are perhaps TWO fundamental energy Beings composed of fundamental or nearly fundamental energy........ Perhaps The One composed of fundamental energy Super Strings might think like the Guy....... and perhaps The One composed of fundamental energy Super Waves...… might be The Mom????????

This is just a Theory and could be way way off............. but after reading the article that I quote on String Theory here...… CarbonBias.blogspot.ca/ ....... it did cross my mind.......?!

My guess would be that the body for Eve...… (all five Eve's according to Edgar Cayce)… was probably invented in a higher dimension first....... but then a joke was played and the guy was put here first..... and given a relatively true Myth.... that he was first...… then a method was figured out to blast out about thirty percent of each guy's Corpus Callosum .... in a testosterone surge that takes place while the male foetus is still in the womb?????!

Stephen Hawking Ph. D. has been wracking his phenomenal brain for decades...… trying to get Gravity to fit into a mathematical formula........... and we guys have never been able to figure women out eithers............. but basically....... they are a helluva lot smarter than us!!!!!!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/polit...en-may-have-30-more-connections-than-men.html

Corpus callosum in women may have 30% more connections than men!!!!!!

I personally am a guy who is not at all offended by the following statistic....and I am kind of wondering why it would be either surprising or offensive that women may have a significantly larger corpus callosum than we guys do????!!!

    https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Corpus_callosum&oldid=427333904

(p.s..... this is an older version of this page because as you can guess.... the political correctness police did get to this as fast as they could)!!!!

Very true.... about seventy percent of NDErs remember NOTHING!

Gary Plumley had ten heart attacks.... before he had an NDE that he could remember........ and he came back with deeper and more insightful ideas explaining the Book of Revelation than pretty well any theologian with a Ph. D!!!!!!

I'd love to have a NDE and get just a clue as to what the Book of Revelation means.
Thank you for not mocking me for telling that experience. I've only told a few people about it. My agnostic sister had a NDE experience. She said there was a bright light and then she was in the presence of
God--not an entity--a person that she could touch or anything like that, just a presence. She was given a choice to stay in the light, or return to an earthly state. She chose to come back.

Gary Plumley reported something rather unusual...… that may help to explain something reported by another near death experiencer. He was basically shown that the being of light who met him during his out of the body experience....... was himself?!?!

Apparently.... there is a part of our "over soul" that is so ancient.... that it seems to have been thinking and had an identity and personality...… long before the Big Bang...… Mellen Benedict was shown something like a nearly infinite number of Big Bang type events going backward essentially to eternity in the past?????

I so thank you for being open to this subject too......… I believe NDE accounts can transform psychology, philosophy, theology, economics, politics, health care, education....... you name it!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/relig...an-andreason-he-onto-something-important.html

The Man on the Throne by Christian Andreason.... is he onto something important?

Can you give me cases where in a NDE of a deity like God with a specific faith tradition say Christianity in someone who was never exposed to it, which would be a necessary case for me to take this seriously. Otherwise it will be a case of the human mind under duress going into a state which mimics things you had knowledge of as in the same thing as having a dream but more intense. If you were a worshipper of the Norse Pantheon then you might meet Thor and go: I died and Thor came to me and fought back the servants of the Queen of the Underworld and brought me back it was awesome.

I was not raised in a religious home--thank God. My knowledge of Christianity was slight. The experience I had where I became a part of everything was so real I never doubted its authenticity. My experience was
not the typical 'went to heaven, and saw the pearly gates' kind of thing. In fact, my experience mimicked a more Buddhist philosophy--that being Nirvana which means profound peace of mind, and also has something to do with the wheels of time. As I mentioned before, I had the most peaceful, fearless feeling as I was traveling back through time. When I had this experience, I didn't even know there was a word "Buddha" let alone what it was all about. It wasn't until decades later when I perused many different religions that I came across the concept of Nirvana.

You can laugh all you want. You would feel yourself lucky if you ever experienced the feeling of perfect peace.
