The Obama Administration often withholds major announcements until late Friday afternoons in order to control the topics of the Sunday morning news programs. Look for a full court press on Sunday in order to spin this announcement. It is obvious the timing is to hurt Hillary's chances in Iowa, and as you might expect Fox is running with the story full tilt. What is surprising is that the Clinton News Network (CNN) and the Maniacal Socialist National Broadcast Company (MSNBC) are also running the story. Even more surprisingly they are not giving it the right-wing conspiracy spin that many on this board is.

The Director of the FBI has said that the decision whether to recommend charges will not come until after many of the State primary or caucuses have been held. By the end of February there will have been 4 Democrat primaries or caucuses, but by the end of March that number grows to 30. It is very possible that the decision would not come until one candidate already has the number of delegates necessary to secure the party nomination. If that is Hilary, then Lynch sits on the recommendation until after the GE. If that is not Hillary, then Lynch empanels a special grand jury, and let's the process play out. It is clear that Hillary's freedom rests on her winning the Presidency. Of course Congress could always impeach.

TONS of things become classified after events. There were MANY documents that were government initiated documents that were deemed classified AFTER President Kennedys assassination. They weren't born classified.

They found 22 "top secret emails", then why isn't she under arrest ?

 

Colin Powell said he had two computers for sending emails as secretary of state.....

During on an appearance on NBC's Meet the Press on Sunday, Powell said he used one computer for sending sensitive material and a second for less important communications.

"I had a secure State Department machine for secure material and I had a laptop that I could use for email. I would email relatives, friends, but I would also email in the department," he said.

Powell discussed his email setup in a chapter in his book, It Worked For Me. Regardless of markings, you may not transmit, receive, or store Classified, Top Secret, and certainly not SAP information in an un-secure manner. If someone does send you something not marked, you are required to immediately report it as well. She's a criminal and belongs in prison.

Hillary Clinton had Nuclear Site Satellite images, Spy Identities, Spy Locations, Information Identities, and operational details all available to foreign adversaries for years on an un-secrure server. She broke the law repeatedly.
