Notice how she doesn't give a damn about everyone else's rights?

She's basically claiming your daughter must deal with freaks putting their junk in her face.

While I am quite sure I didn't even imply that transgendered people have no rights--I just said their feelings don't trump everybody else's feelings--but I'll answer this with what Ben Carson said this week. Per ReaganReports that I receive in my e-mail (I'm sure the original is on their website somewhere):

Ben Carson Slams AG Lynch for Comparing NC Bathroom Law to Jim Crow

Former GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson didn't buy Attorney General Loretta Lynch's comparison of North Carolina's bathroom law to the Jim Crow laws of the pre-civil rights era.

"That's what they always say," Carson said Monday on Fox News Channel's "Your World with Neil Cavuto." "Everything is like Jim Crow. Everything is like racism and segregation and slavery. What a bunch of crap."

"We saw it in the Jim Crow laws that followed the Emancipation Proclamation. We saw it in the fierce and widespread resistance to Brown v. Board of Education," Lynch said Monday in announcing the Justice Department filing a lawsuit over the state's law that requires transgendered people to use the bathroom of the sex on their birth certificate rather than the one they identify with.

Carson, who is black, said liberals make the comparison to gain sympathy, "but thinking people know better."

The retired neurosurgeon said people should "go back to recognizing data and science. You know, we know what men are, and we know what women are, and we’ve known that for thousands of years."

Accommodations can be made for "some people who are confused about it," he said, "but it doesn't have to involve everybody."

Yes. Lines of women going to HR to complain about a man in their bathroom. It happened. I could care less what you *think*.

I'm almost at a point where I say, "Let them have their silly feel-good laws because they won't change anything anyway." Transgender will still use the bathroom of the sex they identify with regardless of what it says on their birth certificate because no one's going to enforce this law. Nobody's going to be standing around bathrooms studying everyone's anatomy to figure out if they're a man or a woman because, if you do, you're the creepy person in the bathroom making everyone uncomfortable.

Yes sexual predators have entered into women's restrooms long before any transgendered accommodation laws, but since nobody is a card-carrying transgender person indicating special privileges, we don't have any way to distinguish between transgendered people and the perverts do we? So I just don't want to make it LEGAL for the perverts to be in the ladies' room.

We have lots of people doing lots of other bad things too, and it is foolish beyond reason to make it legal for them to keep doing them because a teensy percentage of the population might be uncomfortable.

Evenmoreso it is just dumb to make a huge percentage of the population uncomfortable or uneasy just to keep a teensy percentage of the population from being uncomfortable. The transgendered person has rights as any other citizen of course, but his feelings don't trump everybody else's feelings. I might have a phobia about using a public restroom with any other people. That does not give me the right to demand a restroom in which I alone will be in it.

Playing the devil's advocate here - but what if a it's not just a transgendered feeling that are at stake, but their safety? Imagine a girl who has transgendered into
a man having to use the ladies room. Good chance he is going to be arrested or beaten for merely adhering to the law. Imagine one of the transgendered who looks like
one of those I have linked above having to use the men's room - there might be serious risks to "her" safety as well.

Have you thought of those situations?

IMO, the few people who are transgendered should dress according to the sex they are born as if they expect to use public facilities and then use the appropriate facility. It makes more sense to inconvenience the very few in those circumstances than to inconvenience and/or make uncomfortable millions of people who prefer a gender appropriate public restroom.

Millions of people? The odds of actually running into a transgendered person in the restroom is rather astronomical.

And how do you enforce the law without inconveniencing millions of people who would have to produce a birth certificate to use the restroom?
Again, how would you classify these people without a birth certificate ... ?

Nobody is going to have to produce a birth certificate. The law just specifies that everybody who uses the public restroom should use the one according to the gender specified on their birth certificate. There would be a negligible number of people who would have to produce a birth certificate to show that they were entitled to use the ladies' room or men's room.

And yes, millions of people use public restrooms everywhere. And those millions should not have concerns increased as to whether their young daughters or granddaughters are being sent into a public restroom in which it has been made much easier for a pervert to appear to be there legally. Nor should any women who doesn't want to deal with men in the ladies' room have to do so just because the government thinks a tiny percentage of transgendered men might be inconvenienced or have their feelings hurt.

Actually she is spot on. What McCrory is doing is unconstitutional, and it is meant for him to gain support from his own hate group within the party. Leave the topic alone. There's been no problem before. Now the Right is showing their (*)(*)(*) again. Give it up. Hate in the form of Xenophobia, Homophobia, and others, didn't help you in the past, and it's not going to help you today. Take a ride on the 21st century and leave your hate lying in a ditch someplace. Your juvenile (*)(*)(*)(*) is getting old.

And what if their daughters or granddaughter have transgendered into males who are forced to use the women's room? Chances are they
are going to either be arrested or beaten for their attempts at following the law.

Some, I fear, have actually lost their minds with that Melodrama. They are obsessed with hating any and everything that isn't exactly like them. It's some kind of sickness for sure.

If they were born female then dress female and use the women's facilities. Or make other arrangements. If they were born male then dress male and use the men's facilities. Or make other arrangements. It is so simple. We don't have to make this harder than it has to be.

Can we start feeding the religious morons in this country to the lions again? Then we won't have to deal with their legislated stupidity like the bathroom bills anymore.

Unless they are at work, and have been working for the company for years as a man, and suddenly have to start changing into women's clothes to use the restroom.

For all the talk about men in the woman's room, I think this might be harder on transgendered males who were once female ...

Exactly! But their (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*). They had to go and bring it up as a bill, and that brought all the wackos up to the front of the bus demanding their hate rights. Nothing is going to change. And by the way, McCrory isn't going anywhere with his bill either, because it is a clear violation of the Constitution. Something he and the haters haven't a clue about.

How many times were you inconvenienced or made uncomfortable by a transgender in a public bathroom?
