I cannot say, but I suspect that if Hillary will be President the United States will be consider, abroad, one of the most ridicule "democracies" ever ...

But usually Americans don't mind the considerations of not Americans.

Let's say that we Italians will feel that finally we won't be the only people with a certain kind of politicians at the government [and that will be great! Go Hillary!].

 

Coming to the OP, I think to some regional violence [overall if President Clinton will follow the not exactly successful Obama's policies about social cohabitation among different racial communities ...].

 

The same thing was supposed to have happened when Obama was first elected in 08. Nothing ever came of it and nothing will come of it if Hillary is elected. You might have a fringe element pushing or advocating violence but within a day or two, they'll accept it.

I really don't think Conservatives, business people, or the average Republican Family, is ready to fight anybody. However you might watch the various Liberal Groups and average liberal family, in fear of losing some welfare program...is a different story. They might also know, if there were major problems, it's possible Obama could figure out some way to stay in office.

 

The only real effect will be $1000 a bottle champagne corks popping by the super rich all over the world celebrating total takeover over of the USA government.

Otherwise, they'll just keep the peasant busy with the race wars and other social divisions they create and promote via their 6 collections of their press and media propaganda machinery they literally own and control. Why should they care what the peasants do or don't do? Kill each other all they want to, why should they care if not outright promote that as well?

All the money and all the power will be theirs. They had taken over government, the Democratic Party and completely reversed the loyalties of so-called liberals and progressives to instead be loyal to them. Managing is as easy as creating a little chaos, throwing some people in prison, and getting some peasants killing each other for diversion. Otherwise just pacify the peasants with TV, the Internet and video games.

They got Eugenics from the US. It was a big thing in all the Universities in the 19 aughts, but began to be discredited in the 1920's over here. It still has legitimate adherents but they mainly want to promote superior births, rather than kill off or sterilize anybody

Why wouldn't rightists promote eugenics? It says that people are fixed at birth and destined to become whatever they will by their race, (among other factors, but race is the most influential). Strikes me as conservatives would just love it to death, (and they largely did and still do)

Fringe element. I watched the Watts riots in '65 which were ten times worse then anything in recent history; they were supposed to sound the death knell of America, however something happened and by summers end things had calmed down. The same will happen in this case as well IMHO.

 

I don't think the simple ELECTION of either one will cause a civil war. Their ACTIONS once elected might though.
