I heard of this conspiracy theory about a week ago, on youtube. A flat-Earth group I've been laughing at for months brought it up, like it was some super dangerous threat to the USA. After all, it had a Clinton connection!! How much more proof do you need - lol. Well, someone took it seriously and took matters into their own hands. Luckily, no one got hurt.

I am not aware of any cases where there were any false reports of a shooting hapenning but where no shooting actually happening and then someone running out and rioting. What country did such a thing happen?

There have been and I am sure shall be in the future cases of where there is a difference of opinion as whether or not a police shooting was justified or not. Now rioting over such a case is wrong everyone knows that.
