Either way, the toss is designed to go over the side of the body. I think us arguing if it's a hip toss, or a side toss, or whatever, is really dumb.
His willingness to go straight to force is a problem. Police work needs to be much more a psychological exercise than it is in the U.S. today.

Its clear he could have easily pushed down on her shoulder and easily controlled her movement for the most part. Then again, what did she do to obviously set him off? I can say that in 40+ years I've never been apprehended by police and it was quite easy. I truly don't understand how people manage it.

Think about it, the guy that filmed this had to see something interesting that made him think something was about to go down before he decided to pull out his phone, go to his video, and start recording.

True, I did state this in a previous post that if she get physical with him prior to this video footage, it might change my view. However given her size, I would want to see nothing less than her with some type of weapon that would require such a response.
