Only NON EXTREME systems succeed in providing a decent life for a majority. Systems such as capitalism mixed with a social minded system, which is basically what SOCIAL DEMOCRACIES are doing. . .or trying to achieve although they constantly have to fight against the run-away capitalism that the 1% (or less) of wealthy and their sheep followers want to install!

Personally, I see all system on a circular continuum, with Communism and Capitalism being diametrically opposed, and social democracy being somewhere in the middle. Fascism, Nazism, and all those extreme Right types are diametrically opposed to social democracy.
