Nice copypasta bro. I guess parroting verbatim without credit to the source is what right-wingers consider "opinion".

Yeah, there's a reason they call it being red-pilled.

"incapable of understanding" "I know it's difficult, but please, think critically" "adults in the room realize that when you're throwing money into a pit and achieving no results"
Interesting retorts. Big problem is in the "critical thinking" on your part. You've taken "inconclusive" to equal failure. After that reading comprehension problem the rest of your posts don't have much weight. As an example: 2B to achieve results equal to spending 0 is a fallacy, The results may be there, they may not, OR they may work at location A and not at location B.
So now we're back to wishful thinking does nothing productive but pushing a fallacy on programs you don't like can't really be looked on as productive, can it? The problem is still there (like health care).
Again, you know the problem is there but have no solutions.

    Alright, kids gloves it is.

The Head Start program was founded in what year? That's right, 1965. That would mean that we have 52 years worth of data to pour over. If after 52 years, a program is found to have inconclusive results, that would mean that the project is not clearly meeting the goals it set out to achieve. That would make it a failure. Any adult with the ability to count their fingers wouldn't think otherwise.

That does not change the conclusiveness of the end result. The data cannot determine whether or not the program is a success, therefore, it is a failure. If you doubt the data collection, go back and figure it out.

The solution is to end the program and stop wasteful spending. Quit being intentionally daft.

And you would be wrong study after study by virtually every think tank there is finds clearly that almost all gains from head start are lost before third grade.

What's the point of linking the source, just so you can attack the messenger? which the left loves to do instead of the message..

Now do you have something to refute in the OP or does it hit to close to home?

It seems to me that this is all they have. Republicans/conservatives/conformists have their economic ideology and their repeal and replace silliness, yet they are nothing short of ruinous for the country.

Listen to conservatives talk and you'd get the idea that liberals and their ideas are horribly in the wrong. After all where would we poor, dumb, easily led liberals be if it wasn't for those wonderful conservatives that made the world great for us ungrateful liberals to take advantage of.

However, conservatives are into making things up, aren't they?

As a liberal and a scientist, and thus an empiricist I've looked into the data on the subject. That is how I know that, in America, every center of innovation, every center of greatest economic growth are in liberal dominated areas. While the most economically depressed areas are in areas dominated in conservative dominated areas. It may have something to do with the fact that the more intelligent, the more educated one is, the more likely one is to be a liberal. That is why there are almost no conservative scientists.

As conservatives have no good ideas, all they have are these endless spats of ignorant hatred.

Headstart was the example given and the one I used. You, on the other hand, gave no examples of "feel good" laws so .......
As far as open borders, how arrogant of you because you won the birth lottery to be a white male in the U.S. to not let anyone willing to work for their own American dream.
In a civilized society everywhere should be a gun free zone.

Really? Huh.....if the data cannot determine whether or not the program is a success, it's a success. There we're even.
Inconclusive is inconclusive. You're just taking a position for your argument but you (also) can't back it up.

No good ideas? I keep hearing Obama care copied off the conservatives and all Obama did was copy off of Bush Jr by making over 80% of the tax cuts perment.

    2. It takes along time to switch and prosper from Democrat rule, take for example where I live now in the upstate of South Carolina, it went from agriculture and textile to be coming a manufacturing power house under Republican control..this is not your 1960s South anymore..

    The facts speak for themselves.

Ok, and what does that prove? The schools are inadequate after head start? The kids are stupid? What? Why did the gain get lost?

I am a liberal and, unlike your less than informed opinion, I find just about every conservative message to be less than factual, less than honest.

When one looks into the backgrounds of those most involved in the development of electricity, electronics, computers, cell phones, and the internet were, and are, overwhelmingly liberal leaning.

Think about it. If it wasn't for liberals, conservatives like you would not be able to be here trash talking liberals. If we had to rely on technological innovation from conservatives, we'd all be sitting around poking sticks in the dirt.

Are you ****ing mental? In no realm of modern society does that fit.

Spending billions over billions on a system, and the most you can come up with is "Eh.... we're not really sure whether it works or not" is not a good use of public funds, ESPECIALLY after 52 years.

lol give me a link? How audacious of you to claim only liberal invented everything and how am I trash talking liberals? Look at #2 on the list you don't admit that the left doesn't control like 95% of our lives? From school to music, from television to the press

    2) Liberals sources of information are ever present.

Yes the facts do speak for themselves. That is why, in terms of economic growth, nine of the top ten states are dominated by Democrats and all ten on the bottom are dominated by Republicans.

Btw you just confirmed #7 on the list

Liberals give themselves far too much credit just for being liberal.

I am constantly amused by the term Liberal. Know who thinks they are Liberal? It is Democrats.

But stop to think, do they espouse the free human condition or do they think up law upon law to lay on you all?
Who wants your cash or what I call your earnings? How liberal is it to espouse theft. Sure they think it is lawful, but look at the morality of it.

So since I spent until my early 40s as a Democrat, I agree with the above. Sure it does not fit each so called Liberal but it fits almost all Democrats.

We never see the word Liberal on ballots.

    We vote for parties.

Those who are truly confused are independents. I call them confused since at one point they vote for some Democrat and claim they also vote republican. How much more mixed up can you be?

As to the other fringe parties, they vote for those since we all know those constantly lose elections.

When I was a Democrat, I certainly believed I was always right. As a Republican, though more humble, I still think I am right.

My being right is different. I am right for freedom, for the individual rights, for the way I speak against using force to impose on society some duty over things like my health, yeah, I am on social security too. I am definitely a burden to society. So I must be humble. I would not propose laws to force others to be my caretakers. I get that SS deposit monthly with a thankful attitude. I realize what a great deal I got. It beats interest in any bank. It however is sucking the nation dry. I realize that to give up SS would mean at my age of close to 80, I would by survival rules need to work. I have a professional license so were I to buckle down, I know I can make very large sums of money over brief periods of time.

I post a lot to try to get the younger crowd to see that they have a sucky doctrine. They will end up sucking off society at old age and think they can manage to just get by. And that robs us of our will to survive on our own. For that, I despise Democrats ideology.

Once again the North was always rich, Detroit was once the richest city in America look at it now, New York state is using Republican ideas and offering tax cuts to business, more and more states are using Republican ideas and going RTW and once again the South is becoming a manufacturing power house.

Refute what? A bunch of made up bullet points that espouse far-right bull****? What's the use in refuting them. You could replace a few words and say the same about "conservatives" and have a more relevant arguement.

It is not like there are many conservatives that are creative, or even all that intellectual. Do you know why music tends to have a liberal leaning? It might have something to do with most musicians tending to lean liberal. The press tends to lean a bit liberal, because journalists tend to be college educated, and thus more likely to lean liberal. Don't forget that the internet and whatever device you are using to view it, was developed by liberal leaning scientists and engineers.

Your television was developed by liberal leaning designers and the writers, producers, actors, and whatnot, all tend to lean liberal. When conservatives are on television, it seems that they are a two trick pony - either religious silliness or the characteristic missinformation that conservatives call news.

Let us compare average states, like say Oregon and Kansas. A few years back, Kansas enacted Republican economic ideology and the state's economy, both in the public and private spheres, has been tanking ever since. Oregon, on the other hand, is the most liberal state in the country. Our economy has been booming.

Kansas was on steroids and who the heck would want to move to Kansas? That's why I posted New York state using Republican ideas on tax cuts for business, I know it's true I see their commercials all the time on television.

    And you just confirmed#1

    1) Liberalism creates a feedback loop. It is usually impossible for a non-liberal to change a liberal's mind about political issues because liberalism works like so: only liberals are credible sources of information.

Why not? Superior is superior. I guess you missed my thread where I demonstrated the superiority of freethinkers over conservative Christians. I like to point out how liberal thought is superior to conservative thought.

There is a difference between liberals like me and yer average conservative. While conservatives bring little more than lame attempts at denegrating liberals, liberals like me like to show that our ideas are better. All conservatives have is trash talk and lies as you are here trying to do.
