Read the article. It is proved by way of Disobedient Media and VIPS, Forensicator and a few others.

Men in denial, like you seem to be, cannot find the truth, are opposed to the truth.

they claim that the upload speed was too fast for an outside connection.

    they are 100% wrong.

much faster download and upload speeds can be purchased by Verizon and Spectrum broadband.

The evidence that all the US intelligency agencies agree? Or are you suggesting I should leak the actual evidence?

Believing the consensus of the (compromised) US "intelligence system" is being removed from reality. Believing the statements of known liars is delusional behavior, irrational behavior.

Cripes, from Southeast Asia to Iran-Contra and the Dark Alliance story, the CIA (Cocaine Importing Agency) cannot be believed.

I don't know you from Adam, Ronstar. In this case I'm going with William Binney and the whistleblowers at VIPS. I'm going to pass on an anonymous online poster who is clearly very gullible.

If all the intelligence agencies agree that make a concensus of the American intelligence system. Or did you require a statement from every member of every agency? Although I admit I haven't heard any member of any agency say that the Russians were not involved. Have you?

    its a fact.

they claim the upload speed could only be done locally.

but they are wrong, as Verizon and Spectrum offer upload/download speeds 4x faster, for $100 a month

One assumes you don't believe the FBI or NSA either. Every agency lies when lying serves what is considered a more important goal. Perhaps you could explain what goal would be served by lying in the case of the Russian hacking.

The CIA has been a rogue element in our government going back to the 1950's.

That's really easy--the vilification of Russia The Bogeyman.

And in the case of the DNC, deflecting from their criminality and dishonesty in promoting Hillary over Bernie. Advancing their candidate Hillary was the goal of those promoting the entire Russiagate thing.

The irony is that likely Bernie would have defeated Trump in the duopoly contest.

Upload speed of the DNC data transfer was 23 megabites per second.

My work broadband allows uploads at 2.6 megabites per second

Verizon FIOS offers an internet connection at up to 940 Mpbs download and 880 Mbps upload.

that's far greater than the speeds used to hack the DNC server.

In addition to the John McAfee statement in the video I posted early on in this thread that none of the facts fit with the narrative of Russian hacking I found this:

Assange: Malware expert confirms "Russian Cyberattacks" came from CIA
    3/9/2017

Following revelations that the CIA can reportedly attribute its hacking activity to others, an anti-virus expert has said that attacks previously blamed on others are now attributable to the CIA, according to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. News that the CIA could make its malware look as if it derived from Russia, China or other actors emerged as part of WikiLeaks’ ‘Year Zero’ data release on Tuesday. According to the leaked information, the CIA’s malware allows the intelligence agency to not only steal hacking techniques, but also to leave false “fingerprints” to make it appear as if others were responsible for the attack. Well there you have it folks, that everything Liberals, Democrats, and the media claim as legit Trump/Russia ties...It all comes directly out of the CIA and not Russia. Funny how we been trying to explain to the left since the false narrative of Trump having Russian contacts from day one of the beginning that it was fake news, and now Trump supporters who have been denying the fake Russian narrative are now vindicated in our claims. The Liberal Left in America now has to feel pretty stupid for falling for something that's coming directly out of the CIA and not Russia, and we've only been trying to prove it to them...But thanks to Wikileaks proving that Russian hacks associated with Trump hold no water as these narratives looked to be created out of the CIA. Of course it makes sense when the Russian Trump/hack connections first come through the mainstream media, which is a known outlet of the CIA through Operation Mockingbird...And low and behold everything the left blames on Russia is actually a product of the CIA. This comes a day after where we found out that the CIA stole Russian malware to make cyberattacks look like they come out of Russia, so this news just proves Trump supporters right again...As the fake Russian narrative against Trump is something the CIA created itself.

Trump haters continuously parroting that the intelligence agencies confirm Russian hacking proves they are merely useful idiots. Of course, that's to be expected.

his campaign may have colluded with Russian hackers.

    the investigation is ongoing.

Mueller has convened a Grand Jury and the FBI has already begun raids.

Four experts in computer forensics former NSA and CIA high ranking officials say different

William Binney, formerly the NSA’s technical director for world geopolitical and military analysis and designer of many agency programs now in use; Kirk Wiebe, formerly a senior analyst at the NSA’s SIGINT Automation Research Center; Edward Loomis, formerly technical director in the NSA’s Office of Signal Processing; and Ray McGovern, an intelligence analyst for nearly three decades and formerly chief of the CIA’s Soviet Foreign Policy Branch.

and they provide the undisputable proof compared to the no proof given that Russia hacked the DNC that you so blindly gullibly believe

"Peer to peer" between the two countries? I think that nonsense was already shot down previously in this thread by experts.
