We had sworn testimony IncluDing ti the FBI and contemporaneous witnesses. We do not have that with Moore which is what makes this such a difficult case.

I'm not sure what she's driving at. Trump donated to Clinton ... like Weinstein donated to Clinton. Not sure that represents a friendship ... but in any event Clinton refused to return Weinsteins donations, and I doubt she'll return Trumps either.

If Franken never grabbed a woman by the *****, I think he's OK. It sounds like he disputes the kiss incident, and that is certainly his right. His accuser may have remembered it differently than he did, and she may be making it sound worse than it was. Meanwhile, the photograph was just that, and it featured him in a pose, with his accuser now claiming that something happened based solely on that obvious pose for the camera and no memory of what happened. Obviously there were many witnesses around at that moment as well who could easil testify as to what did happen there. And hey, there is Al openly accepting and calling for an investigation.

So far, he still seems like a better man by far than you-know-who.
