    Trump supporters:
    1- news is fake
    2- opposition from politicians is the 'deep state' at work
    3- a majority of the country speaking out against him is the 'alt left'
    4- Hypocrisy, lies and indecency are perfectly acceptable because it 'drives the left mad'
    5- 38 percentage approval rating is totally normal (see 1)

    I hope someday they will rejoin the real world

    So tell me how much confidence is indicated in a poll that shows 52.8% of respondents have some to no confidence in the FBI?

    Cameron comprehends the situation and the danger correctly.

    You have almost no basis whatsoever to make the claim that they are undermining their own credibility. In fact, the oft criticized MSM is far more accurate and responsible than any of the "news" sources regularly parroted by right wingers on this forum.

    Right wingers here on this forum and elsewhere yell and scream at every premature or inaccurate story that runs in corporate media, and turn right around and parrot and defend false stories, misleading claims and dishonest memes from right wing media every day. Quite often, these stories are recycled. Discredited as a lie once, and them trotted out anew as "breaking news" and rigorously defended by the same people who fell for the lie in the first place. (take a look at the many people here who still embrace birtherism).

    Fake news helped put Donald Trump in the White House. A lot of that fake news originated in troll farms run by the FSB.

    No one is exposing liars. Trump is attacking any news that doesn't hold him in a saintly glow as fake. Truth has never been a concern to Trump.

    It is the bias, which leads them to printing flat out false stories 20% of the time (which btw is 1 in 5), that warrants the label. That, btw, is in part what the russians are accused of... blending fact and fiction to misrepresent circumstances to influence an electorate. When our MSM does this, they should be called out on it.
