    Will you put money on this?

    Because there are ways you can (legally) bet on this prediction.

    I imagine you'll want to up a very large sum consider how much of a sure thing you're always saying this is.

    Your second thread on the same topic in the last few minutes. Bored or pissed off over the fact your side lost in a landslide?

    Trump may be a one term President but that's more likely than that he gets impeached.

    Edit actually NO. From the article, the Democrats have nearly a third of their members don't want impeachment and only 40% of Independents want impeachment.

    When you take voter numbers if 60% of Independents want Trump then it only takes a bit of swing voters to tip the scales of an election. So, it's also likely that Trump gets two terms.

    This is funny. Tell me, what is he going to be impeached for?

    He is a burden on them. They hate him; they've always hated him. Pence will do what he's told. They can control him.

    1. obstruction of justice;

    2. violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause and Domestic Emoluments Clause of the United States Constitution;

    3. conspiring with others to: (a) commit crimes against the United States involving the solicitation and intended receipt by the Donald J. Trump campaign of things of value from a foreign government and other foreign nationals; and (b) conceal those violations;

    4. advocating illegal violence, giving aid and comfort to white supremacists and neo-Nazis, and undermining constitutional protections of equal protection under the law;

    5. abusing the pardon power; and

    6. recklessly threatening nuclear war against foreign nations, undermining and subverting the essential diplomatic functions and authority of federal agencies, including the United States Department of State, and engaging in other conduct that grossly and wantonly endangers the peace and security of the United States, its people and people of other nations, by heightening the risk of hostilities involving weapons of mass destruction, with reckless disregard for the risk of death and grievous bodily harm;

    7.directing or endeavoring to direct law enforcement, including the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, to investigate and prosecute political adversaries and others, for improper purposes not justified by any lawful function of his office, thereby eroding the rule of law, undermining the independence of law enforcement from politics, and compromising the constitutional right to due process of law.

    Obstruction of justice: the crime or act of willfully interfering with the process of justice and law especially by influencing, threatening, harming, or impeding a witness, potential witness, juror, or judicial or legal officer or by furnishing false information in or otherwise impeding an investigation or legal process.

    Trump told Comey he could keep his job if he went 'easy' on Flint. He asked for loyalty from Comey. He got neither and the next thing he fired Comey. He said on television he was thinking of the investigation when he fired Comey.

    Comey works at the pleasure of the president and he wasnt an investigator. There is also no evidence that he tried to influence or end the investigation as Comey himself said he wasnt.

    There is evidence he tried to influence the investigation. He said it himself in an interview that he was thinking about the investigation when he fired Comey. Comey has people backing him up as to what Trump said to him about loyalty and going easy on Flint.

    Which will be when? We have be doing that dance for the better part of a year and nothing has shown up. In fact that investigation is starting to fall apart like a house of cards.

    The only one that would have a snowballs change in hell of going anywhere would be number 1. And that is a very, very, very big if.

    • Insulting or personally attacking other posters (Rule 2)
    <Rule 2/3> Even if, and that's a big fat IF Trump were impeached, what's to guarantee his removal? An impeachment =/= removal. All it is is an equivalent to an indictment handed down by a Grand Jury. Removal occurs if the Senate convicts him, which stands about a snowball's chance in Hell.
