How? According to 10 USC 311, women are not part of the militia as defined by the power of Congress under Article 1, Section 8. Men over 45 also lose that right.
The US is not the UK, so please keep your politics in your own country and quit trying to dictate to us. We do not have no go zones because of migrants. Fix your countries problems and let us worry about ours.

Few posters here really care about what happens among the Brits, with perhaps myself, and as I am an ex-Pat, I figure I have leave to comment. If you had any understanding of the US, you might be able to offer some value, but you don’t.
I guess it's time to ban cars too, 'cause they cause more deaths than that. I see no reason to believe that any of these gun control nuts actually give a flying **** about any of those deaths. They are nothing but numbers in a political game, to the consequences of which they are completely oblivious.
Funny I don't ever remember caring that much about the UK to offer any solutions to that countries problems. Politics aside, it seems to me that we are bombarded with crap from the Gaurdian and other European rags that tell us how bad our country is, our President is, and how we are responsible for half the world's problems. How we should help other countries by spending more money but should never risk our soldiers lives by using force. We are invited in by Kuwait to expel Iraq from their country but the war is all about the oil. GFY. We helped rebuild Europe after WWII and yet none of the countries have bothered reimbursing us over the Marshall plan. We pay the lions share of NATO and the UN but we're still the bad guys. Maybe we should just pull all our military back from overseas and let you all fend for yourselves. Germany's economy would collapse without the 150k plus troops in their country which spend money there.
