What's with all the Trump fat shaming from kindly lefties? I think he presents himself well. His skin tone and color is very good. His eyes are clear. He appears to have nice teeth. He is remarkably lucid and crafty. And his carriage is that of a much younger man, indicating a man of some strength, vigor and faith, in spite of his excessive girth. He is constantly active and engaged. He is neither frail nor sickly, and does not appear to have any tooth or gum disease. I would counsel him to lose about thirty-forty pounds.
PS; Trump is also exceedingly optimistic, smart and funny. Which are signs of stable mental health.
