There is no evidence that Trump engaged in any kind of fraud to be classified 4F. There is no question that Clinton defrauded the government to get his ROTC deferment in 69.

I have a son who planned on enlisting his entire life. He was turned down by the US Marine Corps because he had brain surgery when he was 2 years old. He was 17 when the turned him down. He is 23 and it is still a sore subject with him. He played HS football and was in BJJ for years. Never had a problem, but the Marines would not take him.

There's a huge volume of work on the subject across multiple disciplines. Its not at all a secret just another example of the breadth and depth of specific domain knowledge that non professionals/academics are oblivious too.

No, I have a pretty long list of contributory factors both positive AND negative which informs my opinion of why they have lost so many in the last few years.

It was a deliberate plan and the people behind the RNC were WAY smarter than those do gooders behind the DNC, And an investment of a few hundred millions directly into state level infrastructure resulted in breathtaking sweep in many states, then the serious work began. Including executing a variety of voter suppression strategies in the name of fighting the phantom threat of voter fraud, while advancing others under the guise of various economic and civic causes. Then throw in a comprehensive and coordinated plan of gerrymandering from the subtle to the truly outrageous. Then of course on top of that Democrats have had a fundamental and chronic disadvantage in "messaging" since Clinton at least. They just ain't nearly as good at it. That about cover it for ya?
