    The idea of the borderless progressive left that is found in today's Dem party, the European Union, and other anti-natioinalism organizations is rooted in the evil mind of bolshevik scum Leon Bornstein Trotsky. He was an atheist guy of Jewish heritage who had a hatred of everything Christian/religious/nationalism. He helped to murder the Czar of Russia and his family and killed millions of ethnic Russians and Ukrainians prior to Stalin's takeover. This was his hope for Europe;

No because the Natives were too busy worshipping the moon and scalping each other to have a united nation. Which is why they were so easy to defeat. The United States legitimaized itself and peaked the day we put man on the moon. The culture that was in place between 1900-1963 was responsible for that.

This was paradise on Earth. Every American of every race and religion should strive for this culture/mindset.

I suppose part of the problem is establishing exactly what is traditional American culture.

First, that's merely a heavily opinionated rant, -not a presentation of facts. And secondly, I don't see any sign of the Democrats advocating any sort of "no borders" policy, hope, expectation, desire, or intention. What I do see is that claim commonly being asserted by the right. But it's just one more of their lies. You must get your news entirely or mostly from right wing sources.

However in your first statement, you appear to put forward the notion that nationalism was a common strain.

What you have said is interesting. Could you provide some supporting material for the concept that Italy did not prevent anyone who wanted from becoming Italian?

That is very interesting. Let me digest that. Do you have some supporting material that explores this concept more fully?

There is almost no evidence to contrary. In fact, Mussolini was not at all on board with Anti semitic stuff until '43. In fact several Jews were on the Fascist board in Italy until Hitler insisted as part of the alliance deal that they be removed.

Excellent observation, and I agree this is indeed an obstacle. I think a good start would be to mimic the culture of the middle class suburban family in the 1940's and 1950's. People of all races and faiths can adhere to it.

It's horrifying how quick we are to erase all of the awful things Teddy did in geopolitics because he's admirable in the way he conducted his personal life. Nobody remembers the way the USA brutalized the Phillipines for wanting to be independent except the Filipino people themselves.

I suppose the problem with what you have put forward is that the middle class suburbia of the 40s and 50s was extremely segregated. Indeed some who support this view feel that the only way to maintain that type of culture is through segregation based on race.

No, nothing to post. It's just my accumulation of history, insight, and experience over 70 years, such as it is.

I'm continually shocked by the absence of any relevant, meaningful knowledge of history on the part of righties mostly. More and more, their fall-back position in the absence of any promising reform proposals is to pine for the mythical "good old days" that not only never existed, but to which it is impossible to return. Such sentiment reflects a failure to grasp that with time refusing to stand still, all economies throughout all history evolve and they do so motivated largely by a desire to progress from what is, to what might be, or to have "more" in the case of the capitalist. And the second thing they fail to grasp is that the culture, politics, culture, the body of laws, and the culture all spring from the economic base and rise in service to that base. That can be seen very well in the Byzantine culture of feudalism as it transitioned to capitalist culture as well as in the U.S. culture of the 1940s and 50s as it reflected the optimism of the economy at the time.

But aside from that, we have no real choice but to move forward, -not backward, -and there are different ideas of what constitutes "forward".

We can keep the good and leave the bad from that era. The traditional nuclear family is key to survival, we keep that. We throw out the belief that anyone who wasn't a white, Christian was not worthy of being in that tent.

    Great!

Who is "we"? Who do you have lined up to do it? Who will roll back the clocks? Who is "we"?

An excellent observation which reveals a flaw in my analysis but which may correct it.

I would weaponize demoralization and nihilism against rival cultures but that doesn't mean the globalists are using it as a weapon.

But they are promoting it nevertheless. If they didn't like it, it wouldn't be manifest and people like our friend GMB wouldn't exist.

Perhaps they consider themselves Nietzsche's Supermen and are indifferent to the suffering they are causing among us, the Last Men. But unlike the Nazi's their justification to superiority isn't based on race or even culture.

I am happy you brought this up as I was always uncomfortable with the conspiracy theory flavor of thinking the global elite were foisting things like transsexualism upon us as a prank.

Somewhere on the internet a fellow suggested that transsexualism was a species of transhumanism. It is intriguing to think that the global elite are transhumanists; literally out to make themselves the Superman and finally redeem the Serpent's promise to Adam and Eve that "ye shall become as gods."

What an obvious projection, especially in this ridiculous joke of a thread.

Perhaps the countries in the OP are turning into pineapples or lawn chairs instead of "Nazis," just as credible and equally evidenced.

So you're answering for Channe. Or at least to you, "we" means "decent people". That creates some rather daunting problems, like in the first place, how do "we" determine who is "decent"? But secondly, how would "we" change laws to "keep the good and leave the bad from that era"? Do "we" first need to seize control of government? Do "we" need to organize? How is this idea more than an empty fantasy?

Decent people recognize each other, form virtual and even literal communities. They home school, censor media and instill virtue in their children, of whom they have many. Hunker down and wait while the degenerate culture destroys itself. The watchword here is survival, not control.

I see you have no solid answers. So it's all fantasy. No prob.
