Based on my knowledge of contract law ... let's examine facts.
1. Attorney drew up the contract.
If there is proof he did not know what contract law is, I have yet to see it. For that sum of money, he would dot his i's and cross his t's. He would not leave any escape hatches.
2. If she collected money, she fulfilled one of her conditions in the contract.
3. Contract law determines so long as these are the features.
a. lawful purpose b. capacity to consent c. Offer d. acceptance e. consideration f. in writing .. contract is valid

The payment to her is consideration.

One would think she would have managed to not try to profit more. I see her efforts as failed blackmail. She was no doubt thinking she could milk this for a lot more cash.

I don't want lectures on contract law since not all contracts must be in writing.

 

I'm not a democrat so I frankly don't care what they say to defend their own ilk.

My principal concern, my single issue, is weakening and delegitimizing religion in this country. I know plenty of evangelicals that voted and support POTUS.

My principal aim to resolve the above concern is to continuously point out this hypocrisy; and continuously rail on and on about it to them.
