Let me be clear. Trump lies all the time and you've been given instances where he lied under oath, in a deposition. It is rare to be charged with perjury in a civil case. Defamation is generally tried as a tort- civil, not criminal law.

Just because he wasn't charged with perjury, it does not mean he didn't lie under oath. He did. He tried to rationalize the lies, but they were lies nonetheless. You don't get to claim you were paid a million dollars for a speech, when you were actually paid $400K, and call that the truth. You don't get to claim your net worth fluctuates with your mood and call that the truth. You don't get to claim that membership fees are $300K when they are $200K. You don't get to claim you have no ties to organized crime when Felix Sater is your development partner.

"Do you solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God?"

Declared war? No, we haven't been in a declared war since 1941. We are certainly engaged in warfare in Syria, and will be there indefinitely.

Heard of ISIS ?? US troops have been in Korea, Japan, and Europe for decades. And had Obama not pulled us out of Iraq in 2011 ISIS would not have become a "caliphate" with control of ground in Syria and Iraq and US troops would not be in Syria today. Personally I hope that we do go into Iraq and establish a ~ 25K security force similar in size to what we have in South Korea as a counterbalance to Iran. The representative constitutional republic in Iraq will be able to reboot and move back to the representation of women, Shia, Sunni, Christian, Kurd, .... operational order in which it was before Obama pulled out.

What's even funnier is, boris darc chunk caught you with your pants down in this argument. Trump has been caught lying under oath. This should be more funnier for us than it is for you.

What did Obama expect to win by implementing the Afghan surge ?? Surely you have not forgotten the reasons for the good war and for the surge ??

As usual you haven't a clue of what you are talking about, because you never resource your information. ISIS was created in 2003 by Abu Musab- al Zarqawi; https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/film/the-secret-history-of-isis/ ISIS has been with us since 2003. One of the reasons for the predicate to that war was it would be used dishonestly by the Bush administration to pedal the lie that there was a link between Saddam Hessein and Zarqawi. There never was. Blaming Obama for that is so laughable.

Name one president who has around 2050 confirmed lies for a year? That isn't just someone who lies. That is a person who is an enemy to the state

And by the way, if a public figure lies to me and I vote for that public figure, then who's the dumb ... who voted for that public figure?

Yea, I got to that point about 5 pages back with AFM because I realized what those three letters stand for. Not even worth reading his posts anymore.

Do you see a difference between "someone who lies" and "someone who lies all the time?"

They really aren't. They surrendered themselves to any intellectual debate or rebuttals. They simply aren't saying anything. Even some of what they speak about, isn't even coherent.

    Not in politics

When trump said his phone in trump tower were tapped liberals counted that as a lie

But it turned out to be true

Yeah?? You gotta link on that one?? Sources I just read say that's still a lie.... Manafort was probably tapped, but not Trump... If Trump talks to somebody who's tapped, that's not the same thing...

EDIT - Nunes stated on March 23 that the Trump administration's communications might have been legally monitored during the transition period as part of an "incidental collection".[1]
