The Russian ministry of defense claims missiles were downed over areas where they weren’t event shot at. US made it clear tamahawks targeted 3 areas. If you read Russian version, they talk about 7-10. The US was talking about only 3 targets very early, at the time when strikes were still happening.
If Russian version were true than at least some tamahawks would reach targets in those areas, but there are none, which, logically, means Russians are lying.
