Race is a way for people to put each other into categories, when science says the categories are meaningless and there is no genetics for them.

I have been thinking this out for a while now. Now, what about you?

Humans and mice are 80% similar. Humans and other humans are 0.01% similar.

Your argument is that you have a formal education in science, It's not necessary to rebut that because that's not an argument.

You don't even know what an argument is!

hint: An argument involves a few premises and a conclusion based upon those premises.

But you said we are all the same.

How can there be diversity in two things that are the same, that would make them not the same.

So you are saying blacks and whites are not the same or are you?

No, the OP. You have not presented your side. You said that you think I am wrong, but never showed how.

Most certainly, they have different eye color.

    Is that not obvious?

But if you were speaking to someone and you couldn't see their eyes, you would not say which one was which. Isn't that the same with race? If you are speaking to someone who you can not see, how do you know what race they are?

Is there a reason red-heads are considered fiery or is that just made up?

That generalization is like all others, false. Have you never met a mild mannered red head? I certainly have. Maybe even more.

In my world, people with low IQs drift to the bottom of the bucket, while those with high IQs drift to the top. This is why blacks live in detroit but asians and whites don't.

IQ is not a disputed science, except from people who don't particularly like science.

So everyone in the world just decided redheads are fiery for no reason at all huh?

    Why didn't they pick blonds?

I did not say that. I said that the generalization that red heads are "firey" is false. I am beginning to think you are the one being disingenuous here.

and the 15 percent account for humans not being mice? Great!!!!

scientists agree that its pretty ****ing ignorant to say there are just three races: black, white and yellow.

if anything there are at least 5 seperate races in just Africa alone.

You used anecdotal evidence regarding a red head you know.

Sorry boss, but a real scientist would know that don't play.

So tell us how that "myth" came to be then.

Or is it rather that a large proportion of redheads are fiery so we can attribute that trait to them?

Be very careful here because I am leading you into a trap.

This guy says you're wrong and are about to be run over by science:

"Groundbreaking advances in DNA sequencing technology have been made over the last two decades. These advances enable us to measure with exquisite accuracy what fraction of an individual’s genetic ancestry traces back to, say, West Africa 500 years ago — before the mixing in the Americas of the West African and European gene pools that were almost completely isolated for the last 70,000 years. With the help of these tools, we are learning that while race may be a social construct, differences in genetic ancestry that happen to correlate to many of today’s racial constructs are real."

"I am worried that well-meaning people who deny the possibility of substantial biological differences among human populations are digging themselves into an indefensible position, one that will not survive the onslaught of science."
