It sounds like Kim Jong Oon and Donald Trump are not too worried about a limited nuclear war in the Northern Hemisphere.

Question is whether or not China would retaliate against the USA as well for such a strike on N.Korea? Then it would become a major nuclear war in the Northern Hemisphere between the USA, China, and N.Korea.

Everybody in the Northern Hemisphere would then suffer major radiation poisoning from fallout. Possibly a nuclear winter would also result for everyone in the Northern Hemisphere.
