What rush? Grassley can't get the transcripts from Flynns FBI interview, or get the agent to testify. Flynn plead out. The FBI says Halpers surveillance was on the up and up, but no details. Priestep won't say why he was sent to London, who he met, or what was discussed. Papadopoulos plead out. Carter Page was surveilled ... no transcripts of the intercepts, no charges either. There is no reason on earth not to discuss the details of these investigations, now resolved in a court of law, with congressional oversight committees. No foreign asset is more valuable than the preservation of our governing principles.

 

Where does Trumps name appear in this post? It isn't Trumps rights to due process that are being violated ... at the moment. Mueller is withholding evidence in 4 jurisdictions. Mueller is ignoring the federal courts orders issued by every one of those jurisdictions. I don't know how you can find any humor in that.

I hope to God Horowitz says Rosenstein withheld DOJ docs from his internal DOJ investigators. That'll be Rosensteins funeral.

 

Until what is finished? Muellers congressional report? And how does the DOJ #2 , and his temp staffer Bob Mueller dictate what congress can see, and when? That stunt has already failed in 4 different courtrooms. Mueller aside, Rosenstein seems to think he's an autonimous branch of government. Rosensteins appointment ain't special, and if Trump fires him for stonewalling congress nobody in the majority will blame him. I hope Dems are stupid enough to label mid-terms as a referendum against Trump. Blue bloodbath.

 

Bullshit. Flynn's indictment and case are already the COURT's JURISDICTION, and if Muller withheld ANYTHING EXCULPATORY in the Obama Swamp Contreras Kangaroo Court, which seems VERY LIKELY at this point, the plea will be TOSSED.

The prosecution DOES NOT GET TO WITHHOLD ANYTHING, once charges have been filed.

 

No, it doesn't; the House can audit any expenditures it so chooses. The House holds the purse strings...NOT the Senate, and it does not require Senate approval to audit expenditures.

You don't seem to interested in the deadline the court imposed. The court ordered deadline for Mueller to comply with legal procedures. You know, that due process think I keep going back to. Facing accusers n' such ... ringing any bells?

Ellis, Sullivan, Dabney, and Berman. 4 judges, 4 jurisdictions, 4 court orders to produce docs. And yes, the US capital isn't a courtroom, it's the seat of the US government. That's where congress resides, and performs oversight. It's where the POTUS is the top official at the DOJ. It's really hard to have a discussion with someone unfamiliar with the particulars.
