Yes, obviously they found out later that he was lying.
Otherwise he’s a moron to plead guilty lol

Bullshit. Mueller made that claim...and THREATENED FLYNN'S FAMILY = why he pleaded as he did; he couldn't afford the fight.

Flynn's testimony DID NOT CHANGE...NOR DID THE FACTS.

If he had been told that the agents who interviewed him, SAID HE DID NOT LIE, he WOULD NOT HAVE PLEADED as he did = why it seems VERY LIKELY that that CRUCIAL, EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE was NOT SHARED WITH FLYNN.

Why hasn't something as basic as a SENTENCING taken place, after ALL THIS TIME ? Hmmm...?

Can you say "prosecutorial misconduct"? And it would NOT BE THE FIRST TIME, for your beloved Grand Buffoon...

Why fight? If he didn’t lie it’s easy to beat a perjury charge

Just because you believe a lie or conspiracy theory doesn't make it true.

No matter how much Hannity keeps repeating it.

The Concord Management case is probably going to be Mueller's downfall.

Evidently, the DC Grand Jury wasn't supplied with any evidence showing probable cause.
All of the attorney's involved, including Mueller, could face misconduct consequences.

In an earlier court filing, Dubelier and another Reed Smith lawyer, Katherine Seikaly, said Mueller had charged a “make-believe’ crime. “The reason is obvious, and is political: to justify his own existence the Special Counsel has to indict a Russian—any Russian,” the filing said.

At some point, Mueller's team will have to put up or shut up. Reed Smith is not a fly by night law firm and appears to be funded to the point where Mueller can't simply bankrupt another victim into submission.

Not when the prosecution coerces you into pleading guilty...and lying to the FBI is NOT "perjury"...

If Mueller withheld the FACTS that I cited...Flynn's plea WILL BE TOSSED...and we will wind up on the hook for the Grand Buffoon's dishonesty and pettifoggery...AGAIN.

    Did. Got this:

Guilty, of what? The agents who actually interviewed him said he DID NOT LIE TO THEM...

Mueller wasn't even there, yet charged Flynn with lying to the same people who said he DID NOT LIE TO THEM.

    Care to explain that?

And it appears that, in addition to threatening Flynn's family, the Grand Buffoon FAILED TO MENTION THAT TO FLYNN...Ooops!

Hence the JUDUCIAL REVIEW LINKS I gave you earlier...

Yeah we know, " You saying that doesn't make it true" or some other lameass bullcrap...because you HAVE NO RESPONSE, much less, a refutation...

    Not General Flynn.

Looks like The Grand Buffoon had to BEG for more time to try to cover the fact he withheld exculpatory evidence from Flynnm in addition to threatening his family.

Mueller requests Flynn's sentencing be delayed at least two more months

"Due to the status of the special counsel's investigation, the parties do not believe that this matter is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing at this time," Robert Mueller's prosecutors and Flynn's lawyers told the DC federal court on Tuesday.

Manafort is not Flynn, and your ignorance of the FACTS surrounding Flynn's case is not surprising, as your spoonfeeders don't like you and yours to know the facts. Try some ACTUAL RESEARCH.

So, Manafort will be jailed without having been convicted of anything? Uh-huh...right.

Your leftidiot "source" made that claim about Manafort, LAST FRIDAY, BTW, Einstein....der....

Flynn is already cooperating and that's why Manafort is going to jail.

Trump will only be tagged with the release of the final report.

No that's the way it works. Because Trump is the President any incriminating evidence that may lead to charges will be released in the final report.

Of course if something is disclosed though another vector then all bets might be off.

Not how it works. Rod was permitted to appoint special counsel. Rod was tasked with oversight of SC. Rod does not have autonimous constitutional authority, Congress does. Congress oversees Rod & Co., and Congress wants to review agency docs and interview agency personnel. Ellis by revealing Rods too little, and several weeks too late, letter of authorization, alerted congress to Rods incompetence, and malfeasance. Rod failed to fulfill his duty to perform oversight, and exercise departmental control. Mueller clearly strayed from his purview, forcing Rod to authorize an illegal raid, after the fact. A federal judge thinks illegally obtained docs were used to indict Manafort. Rods failure to stay abreast of Muellers activities has serious consequences. Congress has lost faith in Rod, because Rod is evasive, and obstinate.

I'll summarize, because Rod and Sessions failed to scuttle a legitimate investigation because they both know it's legit and now Congress has "lost faith" lol

The only way he's leaving is if he's impeached for doing his job

The Senate doesn't have the votes, but Mark Meadows is pushing for a House vote anyway. If the House majority moves to impeach, either Sessions or Trump will fire him.
