Kavanaugh was the one I was least enthused about, in fact, I wasn't enthused about him at all. He actually originated Robert's "it's a tax" reasoning that upheld ObamaCare. I don't take things like that lightly. He might be a great judge for the republican establishment and big corporate interests, but I don't know if he'll be there for the common man vs. big government overreach; and that's my greater concern.
Fox has just reported that only One senator on the Senate Committee who will be questioning this pick { Kamala Harris } refused to take a call from President Trump. That really takes the cake.This Senator { the left feels she's the new Obama light Democrat } was just elected to the Senate. Not even finishing her 2nd year as a Senator. That takes a lot of chutzpah.There's something seriously wrong with her.That is as Racist as it gets.A Freshman Senator { Black } refusing to take a call from the President. Is it an Ethics violation for a U.S. Senator to Refuse to take a call from the POTUS when she is on the Senate Committee who will drill the POTUS's choice for the Supreme Court. The POTUS is the Head of the Executive branch.
