Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, while in disguise, including while wearing a mask, injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates

I see you trying rule #5 again ie ridicule instead of discussing the topic.

You're really doubling down on this dumb distraction, aren't you. For f's sake, nobody should be dumb enough to be driving wearing a Halloween mask in the first place. But yeah, I guess if I run you over with my unicorn while I'm wearing a mask, I'm going to face a stiffer penalty now.

    OK ... I did. Zero.

Obviously deserving of our highest priority. After all, the RW propaganda media says so.

Just as the unmasking of the KKK is a good thing so is the unmasking of Antifa. I find the penalty to be pretty excessive though.

Why even bring "while in disguise, including wearing a mask" into it. There are already laws that present consequences for maliciously injuring, oppressing, threatening and intimidating people. there are already laws against inciting riots, rioting, vandalism, arson...

Cops just need to be on the scene when they start amassing, and start seriously busting some heads when they get violent. (before the citizenry starts taking the law into their own hands)

If the lawmakers were honest, they'd say "so we can establish new authority to arrest people for [simply] wearing a disguise/mask, and so our fancy surveillance cameras and facial recognition software can make law enforcement's job easier, we hereby propose...."

As much as I hate the punks, I don't want America to become like the UK.

I couldn't even bring myself to waste my time responding to that part. If she doesn't know what antifa is then I'm spinning my wheels even trying.

Its not about the costume, its about disguising one's identity in an environment in which violence occurs, like the anti-First Amendment (Antifa) crowd usually end up doing. If there is or was no violence associated with these liberal swine, there wouldn't be an issue at all. Yet here we are, the masked terrorists incite riots, destroy property, and engage in chemical/biological attacks on the police and peaceful demonstrators. Certainly you would want such scum brought to justice, right?

They need to be treated like a domestic terrorist should be treated. A terrorist is a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. BLM is also a terrorist organization. Why these people are allowed to get away with this, I'll never understand. It's time to make an example.

Well, a person could probably make the same argument against hate crime laws. (And interesingly enough this amendment would follow
    §249. Hate crime acts.)

So these protesters should be arrested just having the masks? I agree...

Because asking how many people antifa has killed is irrelevant. They're terrorists and should be treated as such.

According to liberal logic, we should legalize rape if we want it to stop.
