    Not in Florida. They haven't even fired the "hero of Broward county" Sheriff Israel, one of the worst examples of policing on earth..

    Let's face it...no one in this video was right. The woman parking in wrong place, the guy confronting her, if it pissed him off that bad, he should have just taken a pic of her in the space with license plate, send it to the police. The boyfriend coming out and pushing him to the ground instead of just verbally confronting him and then the girl getting out of the car, the boyfriend, AND ONE OTHER GUY ALL start walking towards him like they were going to gang up on him further...and then finally the guy shooting them, but he probably did feel threatened after being assaulted and seeing three coming at him.

    Did you see what happened AFTER the shove? The girl got out of the car to join the boyfriend who was walking towards him and one other guy was going towards him as well. Three people coming towards you, one of which already got violent and pushed you to the ground so yeah, that would make one feel threatened for sure.

    Is it reasonable he feared for his life?

    He was coming out of being "dazed"
    after, more than a mere shove, that lifted his feet off the ground.

    He sees the aggressor "standing his ground"     - was he yelling -

    It is reasonable to believe the shooter feared for his life. Si?

    How did you find that out?


    Conclusion: McGlockton had a aggravated assault problem. Violent.

    My Mexican-American nurse was so surprised at how Jews can argue forcefully
    without getting violent.

    I have no idea about history in this case...I'm going strictly by what was shown on the video. If the guy was hoping to incite an incident just so he could shoot him, then that's up to investigators. The video showed clearly he had every right to defend himself against three people.

    I'm ok with this. Many people have died or suffered permanent brain damage from being thrown down onto concrete.

    Don't want to get shot? Don't violently assault anyone. That's easy enough to understand.

    The dead man came out of the store to start and make violent trouble - and he found what he was looking for. It just didn't end THIS time with him the victor over the violent attack he initiated.

    People who go looking for trouble sometimes find it.

    An interesting fact tidbit.

    Of unarmed people shot and killed (I'm not saying the guy shot was innocent), while far more non-police carry guns than police, the ratio is 6-1 (police to non-police) for lethal shootings of unarmed people.

    You see one reason why in this video. The shooter fired ONE shot, just like George Zimmerman did. Turned out to be fatal. Usually a single gunshot wound isn't.

    I can't remember any police shooting video where the police fire ONE bullet. Usually it's at least 7 or 8 times as fast as they can pull the trigger, if not an entire 15 round magazine.

    Just a comment. Usually citizens in self defense fires ONE bullet. Police usually fire 6 to 10 - or more - bullets. Why is that?

    It was mentioned in one of the articles I read. As of yesterday, what appears to be his Facebook page was still up showing a picture of him in jail. Also, I believe this appears to be the same guy, but I can't say for sure.

    It is good you have the skill set and confidence you do. That being said, people without the same skill set have a right to self defense. Unlike law enforcement the citizen has no backup coming so he/she has to factor that reality into a shoot/no shoot decision. With respect to fighting on the ground, given the current number of people with BJJ training and skills I would think it would currently be high risk for law enforcement to fight on the ground.
