Nope, but because there are dictionaries for ignorant people to speak/write properly the English-language.

YUP! That's why abortion being legal and SAFE is so important.

Those that want to ban abortion want women to suffer from "back alley " abortions.

MOST importantly, how some women "feel" has NOTHING to do with the right of women to their own bodies.

What would you do with women who regret having kids?

Abortion may involve only women but calling it a 'woman's issue" is not quite right.

It is a basic rights issue.

We ALL should have the right to our own body (in EVERY state in the union).

Taking away women's right to their own body opens the door to others having their rights taken away...

I've had the same idea. Law does not forbid ending life; it forbids ending human life, and I do not believe that life is human until it starts to look human. A clump of cells that the embryo is in the first trimesters, and the fish that it is in the second trimester, does not qualify to me as human life. So I support abortion in first two trimesters, and I am against abortion in the third trimester.

I do have a method in mind for getting involved in all this in a manner that many women might just appreciate because what I am talking about is actually an expansion of the range of choice for women.

Actually you’re personifying a zygote. A zygote is not a child.
I agree, remove a fraction of an ounce fetus and raise it. After all, it’s a child.

And yet, the law needs definition.

The fetus is in "gestation" for the first 11 weeks. During which the mother has the right to abort. Most do so well before the 11th week. Except for children who are afraid of parental authority, so they say nothing until it is way too late to abort. Thus affecting the child's life with a significant responsibility that they are unprepeared to deal with. But they must.

That is the law in most evolved countries*, and thus a point-of-law and not personal conviction and not even religion ...

*Unless the country believes that God controls everything and that human life begins upon inception. I'd like to speak to that God to find why s/he is so obstinate about creation that s/he supposedly designed and implemented in humans. Thus any human intervention whatsoever is so unholy as to demand irrevocable condemnation.

A preborn child is not a potential person, but a person with potential [The Developing Human: Clinically Oriented Embryology, 7th edition]

Look, nobody is "dehumanizing" anything. That sore on your left arm is yours. You treat it, don't you. And don't ask anybody for permission, right?

Well, the embryo in a woman's belly is at that stage upon impregnation. The life-form begins 10/12 weeks later.

If you don't believe either look it up on the Internet or ask your doctor.

Whichever, stop making some Stoopid Assumptions about when human life-form happens in the birth-process ... !
