I am sorry you refuse to acknowledge question marks, they are part of the English language and grammar….

But pretending you don't know what question marks are sure helps you keep from answering:

    What is YOUR solution?

(By the way, that little squiggly thing at the end of my sentence denotes a question.)

Of course I don't defend killing babies.....and it's hyperbolic flamebait to say I do....

AND, NO, I will not further discuss your erroneous idea that "babies" are killed in abortion....:) I still support facts and science and fear neither.

And marriage helps protect the family when such circumstance as one of the spouses losing a job present themselves.

Are you under the mistaken impression that the cultural shift discussed in the OP is due to accidental pregnancy?

I have demonstrated over and over to you otherwise without rebuttal. The fact remains Max introduced the abortion argue here.

Nope in quoted cites from government (foreign and domestic), medical and women's health websites. But if course you already know that.

You asked me about the solutions you posted. Telling those are the only ones you could think up.

:) Even more "telling" is the fact that YOU haven't been able to answer those QUESTIONS nor give a solution....:)

I already answered you I have no obligation to repeat myself.
What do YOU think we should do to help keep marriages together and kids raised by a other and a father in a nuclear family?

Hard to "repeat" what never happened....I asked questions, you never answered.

Here's a chance for you to give your solutions...What are they?

Lets say it was just about money (its not). That alone should be a good enough reason to give it to them

No. Are you under the mistaken impression that none of them are due to accidental pregnancy?

Lol, no ones perfect, but rewarding behavior that society used to compel others to forego is something we shouldn't do.

Yep... my own personal belief don’t trump law without laws there would be anarchy. Also people worrying about other people’s relationship would be better off if they would spend that time focusing on their own relationships

I don't see those "rewards".....did they get trophies or something?

"Society" has never compelled everyone to accept what society thinks people should do...what is "acceptable".

What's acceptable or not to society changes....

I am surprised to see you agree with me.....surprising since that hasn't been what you've been posting.

The poster was saying heterosexual couple think that gay people marrying degrades the meaning of marriage. I have a personal belief that gay marriage is bad for society but I also believe in the fact that laws are the foundation of society and laws being followed is my number 1 belief. Looking down on gay marriage doesn’t serve a purpose therefore it is a waste of time. I might disagree with the law but that doesn’t give me the right to disobey it.

Also I never advocated any government measures or forcing anyone to do anything. I stated society should not hold up or turn a blind eye to the statistics on single parent families ( higher drug use, lower graduation rates, high risk of teen pregnancy...etc). Society in this context means the media news and so forth as I believe they shape culture more than anything else. I realize that the odds of culture doing a 180 is low and I do live in this world and not the one I would like. With that said if I was to advocate for any laws ,given the reality of the world, I would advocate for men to have the right to financial “abort” a child because I see that as fair. I would also push for family court reform and alimony reform. As far as gay marriage again it’s the law so I don’t look down on them for following the law and I’m not gonna stand on the corner preaching the evils of it

I like the modern world in some ways and I definayely have gadgets to play with than my parents generation had.

But there is more to life than iPhones

My parents generation lived happy and dided happy

    What more can you ask?

But that generation respected God, and marriage and tradational 2-parent lifestyles that a declining number of children grow up in today

The workd is a mess and getting worse all the time

If YOUR world is a mess I am sorry for that. Mine gets better everyday and I will likely live longer, happier and more fulfilled than my parents did. And my dad died at 89 and was a millionaire at his death

Yes now the world is ok but stats show single family households are on the rise

Stats also show children from those households don’t graduate as often don’t do as well in education in general

Long term a less educated world isn’t a good thing.
