1. If you can get your doctor to say you are safe you should not be armed
2. If you can't get your spouse to trust you with a gun you should not be armed
3. If 3 others wont trust you then you should not be armed.

Its not an accusation, its simply people who know you saying they have doubts about your ability to safely operate or be around a fire arm. Some people cant go a day with out dropping their phone, would you give them your signature to get a loaded gun?

 

Removing a Constitutionally protected right requires due process.

 

Like being searched at the airport without a warrant?

most of those are suicides which isn't exactly gun violence. 80% of the homicides are committed by people banned from owning guns. I assume you wanted to say 1.5 million AMERICANS

If I was accused of sexual assault, harrasment, or rape, as an innocent person, I would first say that I am sorry for any trauma that they feel and that I am not that person and then ask for an investigation from the FBI while staying polite and calm.

2. He was being interviewed for the SCOTUS and showed poor temperament

You would summarily execute those who hold different opinions than you do. Even if an investigation showed nothing, he'd still be considered guilty in the eyes of many Liberals. Even accusations of sexual misconduct are permanent.

He's a justice on the Supreme Court; you're a 21 year old kid.
