Right! That is the reason why Snopes concluded that the claim was false. You confuse your reading comprehension shortcomings with malice.
It is Snopes and these other BS news source websites that have YOU PEOPLE making arguments that hold no water, and keep losing elections. And then you ask yourselves, "how did that happen?" Get a grip on REALITY! Steve
Since 2010 dems have been losing elections. The 2018 election should have been a slam dunk for dems but they STILL HAVEN'T CHANGED and their same old leadership is still in place. You keep believing the crap that's been spoon fed to you by the corrupt dem party, and the lying liberal media including SNOPES. Steve
Snope's is blatantly dishonest, which should not be a surprise, because they are funded by George Soros! I have personally done additional research that determined something they claimed was not true, was in fact true and vice versa!
You're right. Snopes proved that Trump did not say Vets suffering from PTSD are weak when it was obvious that Trump did call Vets suffering from PTSD weak
Snopes, PolitiFact, FactCheck.org, even Wikipedia... purpose-built, totally corrupt 'credibility loops' "well, if Snopes verified it, it must be credible!" all bullshit....like everything else that spews forth from the Usual Suspects.
I don't understand. What part of this was confusing or misleading? I understood what it meant immediately. This is the same format Snopes has always used: title, claim, verdict. It shouldn't be a problem for anyone with basic reading comprehension skills.
And if you actually read what Snopes said, you'd understand that the first line is the title. The second line is the claim they are reviewing (that's why it says "claim" in front of it). They ruled that claim mostly false. Do you disagree? Where are you getting confused? Why are you offended that they are defending Trump against this claim? Has Trumpist victim mentality really gotten that severe?
Here's a better idea. Learn how to use critical thinking skills and then you won't need crap sources like Snopes. Steve
You are getting all riled up over nothing. It's pretty clear to me what they are saying. You don't even need to read the article it's right there in the google search summary.
I'd say flipping the House with a 30 to 35 seat swing (that could go up to 40... who knows). plus plenty of gubernatorial races is sounds pretty good to me. And yes... the responsibility for the country leadership is still in Republican hands. Remember that when you start hearing on wingnut radio that "it's the Democrats fault". It's not. You said it! Republicans still hold the power. Don't go changing your tune later just because Rush and Hannity and Alex Jones and.... the rest of your heroes don't want Republicans to be responsible for anything. But Democrats did obtain the power to hold them accountable. I would say it was a great week for Democrats. And a pretty bad one for the Trump mafia. BTW, everything that happened is what I predicted. Except I may have fallen short on how many seats go to Demorats. I said 30 to 35. In the end it could be a couple more than that.
What's funny to me is that even though the claim was TOTALLY false (and anyone with fairly normal intelligence could see it immediately when it happened (and CNN lied about it)........Snopes.....in their Liberal fog......declares it "MOSTLY" false.
I just looked through it and did not see anything to corroborate what you are saying. They say that the claim is "mostly false" and do not drop off the"didn't" as you say. They repeat the claim in the positive, then proceed to debunk it. You're either dishonest or failed to comprehend the Snopes article.
Yes......it's a lie to say it was "mostly" false when it was totally false. Trump simply did not say it. At all. But that's what Liberal sites do......they have to put a Liberal spin on everything they write.
Timmy, you quoted the title. It says "FACT CHECK: Donald Trump Didn't Say Vets with PTSD Are "Weak". Then you said "If you look at the title it says that Trump's claim that he didn't say those things is false." -which means you completely reversed what Snopes actually said in that title. Did Trump say he didn't say those things? The title agrees that he didn't. It plainly says their Fact Check shows that Trump DIDN'T say "vets with PTSD are weak". This business of failing to read correctly seems to be a common problem for some and it leads them to stand on the wrong side of issues due to this failure.
All of the "fact checkers" have recently been unable to hide their bias as Progressives take more and more control of Leftist and Democratic ideologies. They don't have any clout anymore, no body but Leftists believes them and as you found, you can get TONS of examples to show this to be true. Of course those Leftists will scream to high heaven, call you stupid, uneducated or whatever else .... But the examples are clearly there for everyone to see. The chirade of Leftists changing definitions and making people use their language is over. People simply don't care what they think anymore, or at least nearly as much
