That's idiotic. The Mueller investigation is a disgusting piece of entrapment for the purpose of soliciting false statements. There are no crimes except those manufactured by this POS investigation. The law profession in the US is embarrassed over the garbage coming out of the Mueller investigation. Where is the crime ??

The dossier is a POS. It was used as the basis for the Obama administration to spy on Trump (he was absolutely correct months ago).

They both lied according to Mr Mueller, at least, who was just hit with a complaint by Jerome Corsi who alleges that Mueller & Co. led Corsi down a constructed narrative to link in Assange and after Corsi refused to agree to support statements generated by the Mueller team that he knew to be untrue the team threatened him with various legal penalties. Of course Mr Mueller's history has more than a few marks and hints of this sort of thing (link below).

Corsi is suing the Mueller investigation. Dershowitz has never seen such unethical behavior is his long career. Corsi forgot something which the Mueller lawyers allowed him to change. Then when he did not provide the false testimony that Mueller wanted they went back to the original memory lapse and charged him with perjury. That’s disgusting.

I think there is enough cause at this point for a review of the Mueller teams efforts and findings and I think the person to do that should not be a friend to Mr Mueller, or his team, or the DOJ leadership, or even necessarily a supporter of the investigation. The existing bias is quite obviously stacked and a balancing of the scale is necessary.

Of the 191 charges brought by Mueller, to date, how many -precisely - qualify as "no crimes" in your mind?

How many occurred after he was named special prosecutor? How many have to do with Russian collusion?

How many were crimes before the investigation ?? The investigation manufactured perjury trap crimes where people were allegedly caught lying about things the were not illegal. That's disgusting.

In one instance McCabe directly contradicts Comey. One of them is lying. In another Comey leaks confidential/classified notes from his one on one conversations which President Trump which is also a crime. Gregg Jarret's book details these and many other instances.

Agreed but there is no mechanism to do so. Alan Dershowitz has made the point that the Mueller report should not be released until an accompanying "rebuttal" report is conincidentally issued by the Trump administration. The Mueller report will be a political hatchet job. But it will be leaked by the Clintonista lawyers before that happens.

Lying under oath was a crime before Mueller was appointed.

But enough attempts at dodging - how many - precisely - of the 191 charges brought to date are not "real" crimes in your minds?

Entrapment for lapses of memory regarding incidents which are not crimes is disgusting and a complete perversion of our justice system.

How many of these 191 are real crimes having anything to do with Russian interference in the 2016 election in the minds of illiberal regressives ??

You keep avoiding the question. How many of the 191 charges made, to date, are not "real crimes" in your mind? Give me a number.

    I do.

So, now you can tell me why "lying to investigators" does not fall squarely under that (ii) of that appointment letter.

NPR is an unethical Fake News source. First the Fake News then the Cover Up.

"When something gut-pummeling happens in the media world, I expect OTM to discuss it.

My faith in the program has recently been shaken, as it has yet to broadcast a single phoneme on NPR’s retracted story, “Mr. Daisey Goes to the Apple Factory,” on alleged worker abuse at Apple manufacturing facilities in China. This American Life host Ira Glass electrified media wonks in March when he disclosed NPR was retracting the Apple story due to bald fabrications by the story’s primary source, Mike Daisey. Daisey’s claims to have interviewed underage workers at the Apple factory and also Apple workers poisoned by a chemical called hexane, for example, could not be corroborated and were denied by his interpreter.

“[T]he most powerful and memorable moments in the story all seem to be fabricated,” Ira Glass explained in a subsequent broadcast."
On the Media, though, has not devoted a single segment to the Daisey sieve."
COLUMBIA JOURNALISM REVIEW, On the Media silent on NPR retraction, By Justin D. Martin, APRIL 30, 2012.

The other day I lied to my wife about what I had for lunch. That’s not the same as if I had an affair, and lied about it.

    Simple, really.

"Windy" corrections from NPR are to be expected.

"A rather windy correction is now appended to the online write-up of Arnold’s story on Everytown. Here it is in full:

    Correction June 21, 2016

This report refers to Shannon Watts as one in a group of “regular people” who began advocating for stricter gun control measures in recent years. After the December 2012 shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., she created the “One Million Moms for Gun Control” Facebook page. It later became “Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.” We should have noted that Watts has a background in corporate communications. From 1998 to mid-2012, she was a corporate communications executive or consultant at such companies as Monsanto and Fleishman Hillard. Before that, Watts had what she says was a nonpolitical job as a public affairs officer in the Missouri state government.

Our report also states that Watts had never “done anything political” before the shootings at Sandy Hook. We should have noted that Federal Election Commission records show she began contributing money to Democratic campaigns and political action committees earlier in 2012. According to those records, she has made about $10,000 in such contributions, and about one-third were made before the Sandy Hook shootings."
WASHINGTON POST, NPR issues large correction about stay-at-home mom/gun control activist, By Erik Wemple, June 23, 2016.
