This is nothing but a chain of logical fallacy. Just because someone gets a speeding ticket does not make it more likely - in any significant way - that this person is more likely to commit a murder.

Logic dictates that if someone is here illegally - and wants to stay here - that person would be more apt to stay out of trouble - come into contact with "The Law".

When I worked in a sanctuary city, its was mostly illegals coming into contact with the law.

 

Should by them 48 hours of observation at the local institution. Self-harm is a mental condition which needs treated.
