    This is not a part of YOUR body, this is an human that is dependent on your body. It was your choice to have sex, and it was your choice to keep the baby past 20 weeks. Choosing to end the babies life in late-term for your own selfish needs is not the same as a man having a vasectomy. What a silly and ignorant analogy.

    If a fetus isn't part of a woman's body then she has every right to take it out …

    NO one has the right to use another's body to sustain their life.

    Late term abortions are done if the health or life of woman and/or fetus is in danger....that is LEGAL

    NO, women do NOT "enjoy" 8 months of pregnancy just for the "fun" of having an abortion...what a horrible thing to think of women!!!

    Liberals want to make it LEGAL for a woman to abort late in their pregnancy for any reason however.

    You are correct.

    Normal mentally healthy women do NOT , contrary to what Anti-Choicers want you to believe, "enjoy" 8-9 months of pregnancy just for the "fun" of having an abortion.


    If a woman who is 9 months pregnant asks a doctor for an abortion the FIRST thing they do is give her a psyche evaluation NOT an abortion.

    So you cant explain why they changed the law.. Did you also see they struck out homicide as well?

    So yes pregnant women have LESS protections now thanks New York.

    Before this law if you assaulted or murdered a pregnant women and in either case the baby was lost it was a homicide charge.. They took that out.. And celebrated it ffs.
