    A return to civility would require a suspension of Trump's Twitter account. He tweets more negative lies about other people than anyone else on any online venue. Getting rid of his online presence would go a long, long way toward a return to civility. Getting rid of his public presence altogether would probably cinch it.

    So Trump should be found liable for every negative tweet he posts about another person? Because if that were the case, he would have no time for anything but deal with lawsuits.

    Hmm, people with a functioning brain tend to understand the difference between a negative post made by a verified account and non-stop harrassment and smear by fictitious accounts that Twitter claims to disallow but enforces it selectively to always benefit the libs.

    But of course not everyone is blessed with a functioning brain, especially during the TDS epidemic.

    So in other words, it depends on who is tweeting what about who. If you agree with their political opinions and beliefs, then what they are tweeting is perfectly acceptable. However, if you don't agree with their opinions, they are a troll and guilty of liable. Got it. Typical right wing hypocrisy at its best. As far as functioning brains go, I believe one is necessary in order to recognize the lack of same in others. Sadly, based on what I gather from your posts, you don't qualify.

    It depends on whether it's a real or fake account, whether it's expressing an opinion or harassing, whether it's violating the rules of the site (Twitter) and whether the site enforces its rules consistently or selectively based on their political preferences, allowing defamation of character by fake accounts to go on indefinitely .

    Anyway, like i said, it's all about exposing social media monopolies' liberal lies, biases, phony algorithms, selective enforcement, double standards, election meddling to the world, not necessarily winning the lawsuit. And that is what makes your liberal ilk terrified and hysterical.

    Is Nunes' attorney named Steven S. Biss? I was just curious because it sounds like a pretty wild story, and I am having difficulty finding much information.

    I don't disbelieve what you posted, but in future when you make such claims could you support them with links, please? It will add to your own credibility if you do.... ;-)

    My question is why are you now supporting a whiny snowflake like Nunes? He is launching a several hundred million dollar lawsuit against Twitter because they allow someone to say bad stuff about him. And you want to applaud that type of behavior?

    I find the social media giants' unscrupulous activities, biases, censorship, lies, double standards, election meddling etc abhorrent, dangerous and anti-American.

    I don't expect Nunes to win (although it's a possibility), I expect the lawsuit to demonstrate this social media monopoly's dirty laundry to the entire country and the world. It's long overdue.
