"The Special Counsel states that 'while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,'" Barr wrote.

Let's wait until the 16 other investigations are complete before we state our president in not a criminal..not taking into account the one felony that he is implicated in..

There's still a little further to go: money laundering, tax evasion, insurance fraud, etc., etc.

Why do you think that there is any more substance to these allegations than there was to collusion?

According to the report there was NO COLLUSION by Trump or his staff. As for obstruction, Mueller said there was no evidence but deferred to Barr. Barr and Rosenstein said there was no evidence. The only reason Mueller said that was because Trump refused an interview. Trump is cleared. This man has been brutally and savely attacked by crazy people for 2 years. It is now time to let it go, but something tells me that these insane people will not. NOW what is going to happen to these crazy Libs who kept pushing the narrative even though they knew it was a lie? I want to see Lynch, Clapper, Brennan, Yates, McCabe, Comey, Strzok, Page, Orr etc who tried to bring this president down in jail. The Obama administration has a lot to answer for. This Democrat scandal is the worst in my lifetime.

Trump screwed up when he threw Cohen under the bus. Cohen had too much information, probably in writing, to cause trump a lot of heart burn.. Time will tell.

I read that Mueller did not rule that obstruction of justice was not concluded, Barr did....just like the good little soldier that he is....

As for responsibility for the 25 Billion dollars this report costs, I ask you who was responsible for the millions that the Benghazi hears cost and how many indictments came of of them?

If the GOP wants to run a candidate who is an unindicted felon in 2020....GO FOR IT! And that is before the SDNY finishes their work.

I'm reminded of the relief Manafort must have felt after realizing the sentencing judge from trial #1 was in his corner.

Only to find out within hours NY state was pursuing new charges against him.

The SDNY prosecutors may not prove as forgiving to the Orange Fraud as Mueller and Barr.

Shrug. Worked last time. And James Michael Curly was elected mayor of Boston while sitting in a jail cell.

You know, if I were wrong about Trump, whether he would be nominated, whether he would be elected, whether he colluded, whether he obstructed justice ...

I would sit down and try to figure out what I was doing wrong. But that is just me, perhaps. I'd rather have a good grasp on reality than hold politically correct opinions.

The only person that couldn't stop shouting "no collusion" at every opportunity was Trump. There are other more substantive charges Trump and Company won't be able to duck, things that rise to the level of Trump University and The Trump Foundation. The Mueller investigation kicked over a lot of rotten logs and the bugs will be crawling out for some time. Where it goes from here is anyone's guess. Collusion has only been a focus for Trump and his minions.

Knowing that you have no intention of letting go of your vendetta, I would like to point out to you that in any court trial, a "Not Guilty" verdict does not declare the person innocent or exonerated.
The Barr statement is not any kind of support for a conclusion of guilt. It does say that no cause for prosecution was found in over two years of investigation by a team of people determined to find a reason to indict. Last- Our system says we are innocent until proven guilty. The lack of ability to prove guilt leaves the situation in exactly that state. Nothing Burger. You want Nothing Fries to go with it??

I once had proof of a corrupt scam involving a judge, a trustee and a couple of others, which showed these people had pulled the same thing many times over, pocketing a lot of cash. Given who it involved I was cautious, and I asked my lawyer how to go about reporting it. He explained to me that in a complicated legal system such as applies to some businesses (mine included at the time) there is no way that a person can comply with every detail, and a vindictive prosecutor can find cause to ruin your life. He told me that if I tried to report this, most likely they would find a way to crucify me, and told me to walk away.

If a determined prosecutor decides to investigate you- you will be damaged, even if not convicted, even if totally innocent. I knew a man put in jail for not mowing his lawn, because they wanted him in jail and couldn't find a better thing to charge him with. We have people doing hard time in federal prison for importing lobster in plastic boxes instead of wooden ones. Given the efforts to destroy Trump- the fact that they couldn't do any more than charge people with telling lies during testimony says a great deal about the investigators, and it's not respectable. Far more political in motive than in substance.

None of us expected the dems to step up and accept the decision. As far as they are concerned, the only valid conclusion is the one that matches their childish emotional demands. Childish.

    To put it another way...

'while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not accomplish the impossible task of proving a negative.'"

Ah, this, my friends, is the sound of the death rattle of the Loony Tunes Democrats that were hyping this BS the whole time.

They're not humble enough to apologize or simply shut up.

No, no. They must try to spin this into a negative for Trump.

Remember when Mueller wanted to let Flynn slide and NYSD said NO!

REPEAT! Trump was not cleared of obstruction of justice....
