True 'Blue' metro Elitists & 'Progs'... - yes U, in your cabal of 'ivory tower' sanctimony... at what point do you pause for introspection... & wonder if you are even remotely echoing the pulse of your core constituency...! :)

The end of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation is shifting the spotlight to federal prosecutors in President Trump's hometown. While all eyes this weekend are on the Department of Justice and Mueller’s conclusions, the completion of the special counsel’s report won’t finish all the investigations into Trump.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) is reportedly already carrying out a series of probes related to the president, including efforts focused on Trump's inaugural committee. It is also overseeing an investigation into potential campaign finance violations tied to the president.

Trump and his allies are well aware of the investigations and the dangers of the New York prosecutors. The office is legendary for its ruthless and broad investigations and has shown a willingness to take on big names, from mafia bosses to celebrities and economic powerhouses.

Whether it will work or not isn't really the question, as you have wisely pointed out. What is at stake is the thwarting of an administration bent on the preservation of 'Americanism' - the rudiments of our representative republic - enshrined for us as our birthright! That is what's at stake. Since Jan. 2017 It's as if we have a lull in the raging waters of Constitutional usurpation to bolster the splintering dam...

Trump was implicated in campaign finance violations by his own lawyer (and the head of the National Enquirer), but it looks like the SDNY is not going to indict a sitting President, so all this is moot until 2020, or unless evidence of some sexier crime comes out. He's not going to be impeached over campaign finance laws.

BULLSHIT! THE FOCUS NOW IS HOW THE BIGGEST CRIME AGAINST THE US ELECTORATE WAS PERPETRATED BASED ON SMEARS HILLARY PURCHASED FROM A BRITISH SPY WHO CLAIMED HE GOT THEM FROM KREMLIN CONNECTED AGENTS!

BREAKING……. PRESIDENT TRUMP WARNS DEEP STATE: “It Began Illegally… Somebody’s Going to be Looking at the Other Side”

It shifts to how exactly these crooks liars and thieves came to hold positions of the highest trust in Corrupt Obama Administration and then used baseless Hillary Clinton Smears and dirt, purchased from a British Spy who claimed he got them from Russians connected to Putin, and then used those lies to illegally spy on Americans, A Rival Political Campaign and even appoint a two year witch hunt by Dirty Bob Mueller.

Somebody certainly should be looking at the other side.

This is why they are pushing all these "investigations".. If the Trump admin goes after anyone or starts their own investigations guess what the critters in Congress will claim...

    it might sound familiar..

    Obstruction.

Fortunately we have x 3 branches of gov. (ask AOC to name them btw) & despite the fact that the AG is w/in the purview of the Exec. branch, I don't see any legitimate grounds for AG Barr not to proceed w/ calling Obama era crooks to account. Actually it would be a boon to Trump if the ninnies on the 'left' did so, lol.

That will be up to Trump and Barr. Clearly Congress isn't going to do squat.

"TOTAL VINDICATION:" Mueller Report Summary Finds No Evidence That Anyone In Trump Campaign or Administration Conspired With, Colluded With, or Coordinated With Russia
In Fact, "NO US PERSON" So Conspired, Either

Liberals should accept what Barr has to say with same confidence republicans would accept Loretta Lynch clearing obama of wrong doing.

Shouldn't Comey do that for her? Best part of Mueller's report IMO ... obstruction. Bob's not leaning either way ... but I been told obstruction's like the easiest charge a prosecutor can go after. Comey couldn't say ... McCabe either ... Rosenstein? well he conspired in it right? Enter Nadler & Schiff ... :roflol: Mueller, Rosenstein, and Barr can't jeopardize SDNY & DOJ investigations. The charade is over ... until 2021 when SDNY yells April fools!

I'm sorry, but after eight years of listening to birther conspiracies, I hardly think that the King of the Birthers should expect that two years of investigations is all there will be. Instant karma.

And those prosecutors know there is no campaign violation and even if so a $130,000 would would require a fine of about $30,000 and be done with it.

The Republicans might have brought the horse, but the Democrats rode it.....or was that "beat" it.

The least criminalized admin likely in USA history of presidents and you make the claim as a corrupt obama admin?
Is there some bias in play?

Im saying since we know more now that the investigation has concluded-we should investigate what we have learned.

    That means investigating democrats.

Obama was involved in setting this hoax in motion, spying on an opposition candidate, etc. Then there was the IRS scandal, where civil rights of political opponents were infringed, possibly impacting the 2012 election. One of the articles of impeachment against Nixon was that he, or his subordinates, used the IRS against political opponents. If Obama was the least criminalized admin it was only because of the Deep State protecting him.

2 years of insanity and corruption, for what, to convict Manafort of lying on his mortgage application, before he knew Trump?
