KU offering ‘angry white man’ class this fall

    I wonder what would happen if there was an 'angry black man' course being offered somewhere? How about a 'bitter feminist' course? Nope, no war on white men happening at all. I really feel bad for any parent dumb enough to pay for their kids to go to college. I'm sure this course will look great on a resume, but I'm not so sure how it will actually help in a career.

    LAWRENCE, KS (KCTV) – College students in Lawrence will have a new topic to debate and research this fall – the angry white man.

    The University of Kansas is offering a course called ‘Angry White Male Studies’ for the Fall 2019 semester.

    According to the university’s website, the course will talk “the rise of the ‘angry white male’ in America and Britain since the 1950s.” The description noted the course will dive into emotional states of the white man and what manifests the anger.

    Sorry NOT to 'tow the line' on this BUT shouldn't we remember that "ANGRY white men" founded this great nation... Being "Angry" is not a sin (Biblically); & 'righteous indignation', appropriately channeled, is a blessing... Duh.. duh.. duh - like Savage's caller, lol. :)

    That's racist and sexist. Are you saying women and "non-white" (to use :censored: words), wouldn't use this forum and argue?

    Are you suggesting "white men" make the forum a certain way because of their race and sex?

    I don't see what gender or skin color had to do with it. Perhaps the school should teach emotional intelligence.

    I take it back. White men are getting screwed over by income inequality like a lot of other folks, so they have a right to be angry.
