    Hillary was NOT indicted because the law required INTENT which could not be proven.

    which is just what dems want, cause then they can tell their base they tried, then they never get the religious nut Pence as President and then can ask the people to get out and vote to fire Trump sense Republicans in the Senate wont do it

    Same thing. The only way it could have had no intent was if she was ignorant of the law or she was unaware of the server in her closet. Otherwise, she intended to break the law.

    there is no law against her using personal emails, the previous SOS did it and the current administration has done it, as well as the Trump children

    you can thank the republican Darrell Issa for allowing personal email use to this day

    No. And we’ve known about her private email for a couple of years now after it was originally reported by Gawker. So, old news. Also, guess which lawmaker made sure personal email usage was permitted in the amendments to the Federal Records Act last year? Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA).

    Which is the same as saying Senate Repubs will not vote to convict even though the evidence of obstruction, especially regarding the McGahn/Mueller firing episode, is rock solid.

    She never INTENTIONALLY used the server for classified information. What ended up on there was from other people or classified post facto.

    100+ instances of members of the campaign in contact with the Russians.

    BLOTUS was NOT exonerated from Obstruction.

    Impeachment is still an option.

    yep, I predict Impeachment in the house will happen around this time next year :)

    Congress has not even interviewed Mueller yet, no hurry, still many investigations in progress and as of right now, Trump is a lame duck President

    meaning she could not control the emails people sent to her, otherwise Trump could send a classified email to your personal email and have you arrested, saying you now have classified information on your device - sorry, that is not the way the law works

    However, after the first classified e-mail, I would be smart enough to realize it was wrong and either close the server or make it very clear to everyone that the server was not certified for classified. Apparently Hilary is not that smart.

    I think ultimately the Dems will be forced to impeach, just to try and send the message that no one is above the law.
    But. I think Nancy has the right idea to use the investigations to educate the public first.

    exactly, we shoudl be in no hurry, wait for the investigations to complete and Mueller, ect... to speak before Congress, I am fine waiting till around this time next year

    the drip drip drip of the email scandal destroyed Clinton, the drip drip drip of all the bad things Trump did\does will be his undoing too

    Trump isn't the guy running on a platform of giving the vote to convicted felons, illegal immigrants and children. Trump isn't the guy running on a platform based on the open hatred and contempt of white men. Trump isn't the guy running on a platform of taking away the guns of white people. As long as he is not that, he miles ahead of any of the Democratic hopefuls for a white man like myself.
