I recommend you take some time out. Heal your anger, and your flu. Rest, drink plenty of fluids, avoid caffeine, and stick to a vegetable based diet for a few days. Also, you have enough insight to recognise that you shouldn't be arguing, so go with that instinct. Arguing (without harm to the self) takes thick skin, and a very well adjusted and 'solid' psyche. Better for you to find your companionship in less combative and more tangible forms. Loneliness is an often unrecognised impetus to fight .. because it provides instant intense interaction.
