Then he exacerbated the crisis by cutting aid to Central American countries which caused more food shortages. Then he further exacerbated the crisis by insisting that the Army Corps of Engineers give the wall building contract to one of his friends who had already been deemed unqualified, which stalled the building process.

The lesson to be learned is for you to do your due diligence before asking a silly question. Watching Fox News won't get you the info that you need.

 

Sorry border security and illegal immigrantion is not a manufactured crisis. Nor is the humanitarian crisis with illegals taking their children on this journey. This is very real.

Excellent point. If the article in the OP has any validity at all it would be that this agreement was proposed at an earlier date but Mexico didn't agree to it until Trump forced them to.
