It would be devastating for Pete to have to debate policy. We can also discuss his "war record" when he overplays his military experience.Being gay is not enough substance to get elected. His portrayal of marriage still makes a lot of us sick and others are just indifferent. He is the very least of Trumps concern.

MLK, whom you claim to admire, said "I look forward to the day when men would be judged by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin."
Identity politics is the exact opposite of that. Most Americans want to embrace MLK's concept as we get to know those of other races as men and women of good quality and character. It has been a long, painful struggle and at times we almost feel normalized, but then the leftist use "identity politics to slap us in the face at almost every turn. It is divisive and race baiters not only get rich off the scheme it is divisive and contrary to the dreams of MLK.

Cant speak for all Americans, but nobody I know really cares what people in other countries think of our politics. Its bad enough that we have a whole voting base who blindly follow party lines... foreigners whose opinions are based entirely on what MSM feeds them are in the same category... clueless bystanders. I'd no more think of telling you how Australia should run their business than I'd tell the Queen of England how to run hers.

All that to explain why I dont take your political posts seriously. We can discuss lifestyle issues or the latest fashions, but when it comes to Trump bashing, your posts sound just another foreign parrot, eager to jump on the let's hate Trump train with your fellow countrymen (and women). Feel free to rant all you want, but I wont be responding to your political posts... and this is why. :)

You are trying to waste my time. You reject simple math that is learned by the fourth grade by most people. You ignore reality, claiming I make up stories.

In other words, you are a typical Trump fan who supports Trump by living in a alternate universe. If you can't accept simple math and reality, we have no common ground for discussion.

    Bye.

There are some who consider themselves intelligent when they say they are anti-establishment. When it comes to politics, more specifically, the Presidency, I dearly would like to ask these people a question.

Despite the fantasies some people have as to how terrible the establishment is, I would ask, what is wrong with the establishment? Let me put it a different way. What do you have against experience?

Would you take your children to someone for medical care who never attended medical school or practiced medicine? Would you hire a plumber who had absolutely no experience in plumbing? Would you ask someone with no experience in automotive care to fix the engine of your car?

Why in the world would you vote for a President who had no experience in government?

Someone experienced in medical care, an experienced plumber, and an experienced auto mechanic are, in the real world, the establishment. The establishment is what a person wants in their daily lives, but somehow the establishment is wrong if it pertains to the governing of our nation? That makes no sense!

The most compelling argument for an experienced executive in the Oval Office is Donald J. Trump. Those who voted for him voted for anti-establishment, voted against experience. Trump is so bad his own supporters can't defend him. They don't even want to talk about him. The Trump administration is so tied up in alleged crimes and litigation, it can't govern.

Trump is what happens when one votes with anti-establishment principles in mind. For 25 years we have voted for a President with little or no experience to run our country. We have paid the price for that mistake ...

Over and over again. One was impeached for sexual promiscuity. Another launched an aggressive war that killed 5,000 Americans. Another was an inexperienced black President and that caused irreconcilable racial differences, and he was followed by the idiot we have now.

That is the record of the anti-establishment or inexperience executive. Sad, isn't it?

    This is surreal.

On Tuesday Trump was asked by a Wall Street Journal reporter about Kim Jong Un’s half brother, Kim Jong-nam, who was killed in 2017 while serving as a source for the CIA.

“I saw the information about the CIA, with respect to his brother, or half-brother. And I would tell him that would not happen under my auspices, that's for sure. I wouldn’t let that happen under my auspices,” Trump said.

On Wednesday, Trump was asked about his unwillingness to use CIA informants to spy on North Korea. The reply is classic Trump.

    This is our President speaking.

“No, it’s not what I meant. It’s what I said."

    Good Lord!

Keeping your enemies closer means respecting them, respecting their strengths and knowing their weaknesses. It does not mean falling all over yourself to placate them.

"I was really tough and so was he, and we went back and forth. And then we fell in love, OK? No, really, he wrote me beautiful letters, and they’re great letters. We fell in love.”

"I have great confidence in my intelligence people, but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today."

"I have a great relationship with him. He’s actually an incredible guy, he’s a great man. He’s very strong, very smart, but he’s for China and I’m for the United States.”

Strongmen like Kim, Putin, and Xi respect only strength. They do not respect a pampering fool like Trump. Indeed, they take advantage of Trump by playing up to his super ego.

Why do you think Kim writes kind letters to Trump? He is playing him. He wants another summit with Trump. The summits with the President of the United States elevates Kim as a national leader, and Trump plays right along. He actually thinks he will accomplish something, and a year of complete failure means nothing to him. He is too naive.

Just yesterday Trump voiced optimism he could eventually reach a nuclear agreement with Kim. There is absolutely nothing upon which to base that optimism, only Trump's unending rhetoric.

“I think we’re going to do very well with North Korea over a period of time,” Trump said. “We started off on a very rough relationship and I think we have a very good relationship right now, so we’ll see what happens. I’m in no rush. I’m in no rush.”

Trump pointed to the letter he said he received yesterday, which he first revealed on Tuesday, as a sign for optimism but declined to discuss its contents.

“He just wrote me a very nice letter, unexpected. Someday you'll see what's in that letter. One day you'll be reading about it. Maybe in 100 years from now, maybe in two weeks,” he said.

    Good Lord!

Establishment in politics is those that are entrenched and steeped in corruption. Joe Biden has been at it for fifty years! These people get wealthy under the guise of "servitude". What has Nancy Pelosi done to gather her wealth??? Built skyscraper developments? No she is a "servant of the people"....Ha! Lobbyists have them all in their pocket. Democrats and Republicans alike. You see them as distinguished and I see them as elitist rapists! They'll sell out the Nation at the drop of a hat if it pleases those that pull their strings! They get rich and no one can explain how. America First draws their ire. They look at global markets as a way to wealth.....screw those that work in America!
Donald Trump may be inexperienced in the ways of Washington but a lot of us find it very refreshing. He disregards the establishment network and works for American citizens as if they are the sole and only stockholders in our nation.....exactly as it should be! He has had business dealings outside the Washington swamp and that is where his experience has him at an advantage.
George Soros contributes untold billions to these establishment politicians in each party. He hates America.

And that is your pathetic excuse for voting for Trump? Trump conspired with the Russians. It just can't be proven in a court of law. There are at least ten examples of obstruction of justice. In New York he is a co-conspirator in a hush money case because he porked a porn star and a Playboy bunny. He is the first President in 50 years to hide his taxes from Americans. What is he hiding? Extortion payments? Money laundering? Currently, the House is taking a serious look at impeachment based on the findings of the Mueller Report.

Trump has set a record for Presidents. He and his businesses have been involved in at least 3,500 legal actions in federal and state courts during the past three decades.

He is the least popular President in modern American history, and, to be quite frank, he is a complete a$$hole, and you know it.

Trump is your answer to the establishment which you claim is totally corrupt.

I will stick with the establishment.

You and people like you need to readjust your priorities.

Ah, another one that believes the collusion delusion with no evidence other that TDS. Some are so gullible to believe the left wing media spouting this nonsense for 2 1/2 years that it beggers the mind of their intelligence. I guess propaganda works. Goebbels would be proud of you.

Oh, really? Tell me, what specifically has he done?

He brags about our robust economy, but, like all Presidents, Trump has had little or no effect on the economy except threaten it with his tariffs.

Beginning on May 5, his threats and tariffs caused a six week decline on Wall Street which cost millions of Americans millions of dollars in retirement savings. That loss is permanent, as I have shown. See post 112.

How about trade deals? He is the Great Negotiator, right? Trump uses threats in his trade dealings. Nations don't respond well to threats. In the nearly 30 months of his Presidency, Trump has not signed one significant trade deal with anybody.

How about on the foreign front? Maybe he has accomplished something there. Nope. As I have shown he coddles communist dictators while pissing off our allies. We have been waiting for his Middle East peace plan for over a year. His son-in-law is trying to write it. But that is okay. No one will pay any attention to it because Trump's romance with Netanyahu has removed the U.S. as a broker in the Middle East. Because of his policies and anti-Muslim statements, the Arabs don't trust Trump. We no longer have a say in the Mideast. Russia does, though.

So, tell me, what has Trump done? Not what has been accomplished by our great economy -- American entrepreneurs and workers are responsible for that -- what has Trump done for American citizens?

If you have trouble answering that question, maybe you should readjust your priorities.

You are trying to waste my time. I have explained it to you three times. I'm not going to explain it to you again. You never questioned the explanation.

I will try to make it simple for you. Your paper loss during those six weeks of decline was permanent. See post 112 for more.

While answering questions from reporters outside the White House on Tuesday afternoon, Trump pulled a sheet of paper from his pocket and brandished it but refused to show it to reporters.

“That’s the agreement that everybody says I don’t have,” Trump said, waving the sheet of paper. “Here’s the agreement — it’s a very simple agreement.”

Pressed later to detail the contents of the agreement, Trump again refused to do so, but pounded the piece of paper in his jacket’s chest pocket and said, “I don’t want to say, but you can just figure it out yourself — right here ... right here is the story.”

Trump is getting worse. Whatever mental problem he had when he began his Presidency has gotten steadily worse. The White House is becoming more and more secretive. There hasn't been a press conference in 90 days, and the White House is refusing to divulge any information to Congress and claims executive privilege with every witness Congress requests, even former staffers who no longer work for the White House.

It is like the White House closing down, protecting a mentally ill President. Next, they will ban his impromptu news conferences on the south lawn of the White House.

Perhaps you put to much stock in mere words. If Obama wants to invade a Country....he announces it two weeks ahead of time so he gets good press coverage. If Trump decides to invade....he sends flowers the day before then BAM! They all know that. He keeps them guessing. He keeps you, the elite, and the press guessing all the time. You just can't stand it can you?

2 Years and 40 million and you couldn't find anything yet you persist. According to the Mueller Report you get 5 Pinnochios.
Yeah, Sandy, you stick with the establishment......who was it that said on a hot mike "tell Vladimir after the election I'll be more flexible"? Didn't Bidens son have some interesting dealings with Russia? We're finding that stuff out. Didn't Hillary work a uranium deal with Russia? Go figure.

You can take a horse to water but you can't make him drink. So it is with you. I could cut and paste evidence for you all day long. It wouldn't change a thing. I'll tell you I look around the community I live in and see confidence and certainty. That is what Trump has done. Decreased regulation and knowing our President is out for America 1st is a major step in the right direction. You ignore any evidence provided. It is very obvious. In fact, your "crowd" wanted impeachment before he had a chance to do anything.

Well, now in addition to obstruction of justice by telling people not to testify if subpoenaed, we also have him for aiding and abetting a foreign adversary to undermine our national election system, and we have an entire Republican Senate aiding and abetting him in doing it. This is definitely grounds for impeachment. :machinegun:

Some poor folks think the stock market always only went up in the past in a continuous line without any dips. Tsk tsk. Now I am only 5K below before the dip.
