Oh, and what reason is there to ban abortion after viability?

If that seems to be your primary argument, it's a poor one.

    What unequivocal bull !

WHO says they have no problem with government dictating in other areas of people's lives???

And THIS thread is about abortion.

And the government's JOB is to protect our rights, even the right of women to their own body...the government is not involved with sex or pregnancy.

WHO TF SAID:""You don't like the notion that a pregnancy could be a consequence of having sex"" ?????

Ya, I know this post will be soooo hard for you to quote or the dog ate your homework or some other excuse to cherry pick it...:) :)

    Uh DUHHHHHHH, because it's viable....

BUT actually there REALLY is no reason at all to ban abortion after viability because mentally stable women don't wait that long to abort a healthy fetus.....

NOPE, not evasive at all ...precise and to the point.....:) which is why YOU think it's "evasive".....

OH, Look! I quoted your entire post and mine , too! Easy peasy!!!

It's neither a poor argument nor the primary argument.

Which is it do you support abortion or not? I am sure if you were in a relationship with a woman and she wanted an abortion you would ruin the relationship

How many women have late term abortion for no reason? Let me inform you… It doesn’t happen but you want to get yourself all emotionally hysterical so you create a false scenario

Very few late-term abortions are done for just "any medical reason." Your compounding what for most couples is a personal tragedy with bureaucratic BS.
How about a fetus with birth defects that won't allow it to survive outside the womb? Would you be so cruel as to make a woman carry that fetus to term?

What about a woman who runs an increased risk to her health?
So, then, you're going beyond not paying. You're back to draconian laws affecting women.
Yes. The Hyde Amendment is a sop to whining by pro-lifers who oppose abortion on moral grounds. What about pacifists who oppose war? Should they have to pay for thr armed forces?

A woman who wants to abort should pay for her own dirty work.

She still gets public assistance in the very rare cases her health might be severely threatened, as it should be.

I support its legality but it would no doubt ruin our relationship. That's fine, people divorce all the time.

Isn't abortion allowed in this circumstance?

How can giving birth lead to an increased risk to a woman's health?

How is removing abortion from the health system a "law?"

    Isn't health a state matter?

What do you mean you will "stop the zygote?"

I didn't say that I take you down! I said "when I take you down the post-zygote road." As in, when I ask you about the stages post zygote, you get all silent.

I'm at least personifying a fully developed fetus.

They're not humans, sure, but what are they if they are not a life?

Are you saying that acorns are not a life?

And you're saying that the law recognises the life as a person after this point?
