Point being that it's absurd to claim obstruction of justice over the non-obstruction of an "investigation" of a knowingly fraudulent charge.
He's not going to say anything outside of the four corners of the report and outside what he already said at his briefing. So, what new stuff is going to be said?
"If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so." So how do you put a Republican spin on this statement from Mueller?
Mueller discusses in the report how he was unable to prove criminal intent and there is no obstruction without intent. In the report Mueller goes on to discuss non-criminal reasons for DT's actions so thus he could not demonstrate obstruction. Are you of the opinion as well that if they just conduct one more investigation that then they can somehow prove a crime was committed?
Don't know if he is, but I'm not... the existing, redacted, Mueller report details indictable OOJ as it stands, for anybody in the country other than DJT from 1/2017 thru 1/2021... SNIP Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice. Sorry but that's a pretty silly document and obviously partisan. I'm sure you could get a huge list signing a document saying just the opposite. If Mueller admits he can't demonstrate intent well then - these former prosecutors are nothing more than partisan hacks.
Send us a link when you have your document...thanks!! P.S. Mueller covers intent on 6 of his 11 listed items, so nice try... for example SNIP The special counsel concludes that “substantial evidence indicates that the President’s effort to have Sessions limit the scope of the Special Counsel’s investigation to future election interference was intended to prevent further investigative scrutiny of the President's and his campaign’s conduct. And if SS Mueller had had the confidence that the president clearly DID commit a crime, he would have said so.
No, and he said WHY he wouldn't say that... Page 2 of Volume 2 No indictment = No judgement as to criminal activity.. Still haven't read ANY of the Mueller report yet, Molon?? You have 3 weeks to get up-to-speed....
If true, why, when they had 2 yrs of total R control, did the RW non Americans, do nothing? tRUMP never did nothing. He fooled a whole bunch of sheeple.
