We Support Donald Trump

Trump made the racially charged statement, "Why don’t they go back." The next day, Trump made two unwarranted assumptions beginning with the ubiquitous "if." "If you are not happy, if you are complaining all the time." Then he told the Congresswomen, "you can leave."

Nearly every Republican in Congress is lining to agree with Trump, essentially telling the four black representatives to go back where they came from and they can leave.

As a Republican, I am totally embarrassed by my party. I can only maintain my sanity by telling myself this is only happening in Congress. There is little doubt my mind that educated Republicans everywhere disagree with Trump's racist and xenophobic remarks. Americans are not racist.

Because they are afraid of Trump, Republicans in Congress do not realize it, but Trump is systematically destroying the GOP.

 

Acting as a Russian agent, Trump is doing an effective job at making a mockery of the executive branch of our government, attacking the other two branches of our government, causing division within Congress, and dividing the American people.

Where are Trump's supporters?

Have they finally given up backing a complete fool who may be losing his mind?

Nope, they are busy coming up with cartoons, photos, and wisecracks.

Trump is one of them!

 

It's fascinating to watch somebody argue with himself after everybody else figures it isn't worth the time and effort.

President Trump can be frustrating, even infuriating at times. But I am more and more believing that he is going to win by a landslide in 2020.

 

Not that many white Christians racist males in the whole country.

Take note that he did not even win the popular vote against Hillary.

 

But he won a substantial percentage of the electoral college. He won twice as many states as Hillary did. He won almost four times as many counties as Hillary did. His approval ratings continue to slowly but steadily tick up and, most worrisome for the radical left, his approval ratings among women, blacks, Hispanics are improving as honest and honorable people realize how much better off they are under Trump policies than they ever were under the dishonest and empty promises of the Democrats. There is good reason to hope that the Democrat plantation they always thought they could buy off with those dishonest and empty promises is beginning to crumble. Most people are smart enough to figure out the clear evidence of who got it right, and who hasn't.

 

Does it really matter what the Dems think?

The House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning Trump for his "racist comments" concerning four Democratic black congresswomen. The resolution passed largely along party lines — 235 Democrats joined by only four Republicans who supported the measure.

The only way to defend Trump is to deny reality and insist that black is white, night is day, and racist remarks are not racist remarks. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy provide apt examples.

Several members of Congress have called Trump's remarks racist.

McConnell dismissed those accusations, saying Trump "is not a racist." Then he tried to change the subject. “I think the tone of all of this is not good for the country but it’s coming from all different ideological points of view. To single out any segment of this I think is a mistake,” he added.

McCarthy (R-Calif.) insisted that Trump's tweets telling four minority congresswomen to "go back" to where they came from were not racist. When asked whether Trump's weekend tweets were racist, he, too, tried to change the subject. "No, this is about ideology. This is about socialism versus freedom." Huh!

I see. So, according to the GOP leadership, telling a black person to go back where they came from is expressing "different ideological points of view" and has something to do with "ideology, socialism, and freedom."

I wonder if these two Republican leaders know how stupid they sound.

The GOP is being led down a dark path.

And then they didn't want to hear or see how devastating that was to businesses or how removing the mandate has contributed to the current economic boom. And they STILL want to force people to buy the insurance THEY say people must have and they STILL want to give free healthcare to millions of people who are in the country illegally.

Until I realized that people in LA who give food to a homeless person are charged with a CRIME, the illustration below didn't really register with me. Now it does.

 

Dems have overused the term racist til it no longer has any meaning... much like their entire party.

 

Sorry but when it come to Trump there is zero question that the man is a racist and even more so then Wilson.

 

Trump has low tolerance for dumbasses... who come in all races.

 

We dont support Trump because of what he says... but for what he does. The comparison is amazing.

 

I defy any person to come up with a single statement in its full context and exactly as he said it that makes President Trump racist. When nobody in his family, even his ex wives and their families, when nobody he has ever worked with or associated with or been friends with or done business with suggests he is in any way racist, and when there is no statement or action of his--again in full context and accurately stated without adding or omitting words--it is a pretty safe conclusion that the man is not racist.

President Trump so far has not demonstrated to me or anybody else other than the Obama-type racists that he has a racist bone in his body. (Obama-type racists are those people who see racism under every rock and behind every bush so to speak and/or who twist or find some opportunity to accuse somebody of racism no matter how ridiculous or dishonest that is.)

--Criticizing somebody of a different race or ethnicity is not racism.
--Stating the truth about somebody of a different race or ethnicity is not racism.
--Applying the law to somebody of a different race or ethnicity is not racism.
--Saying the country populated mostly with people of a different race or ethnicity is a ****hole country is not racism.
--Banning or restricting travel from terrorist countries populated most with people of a different race or ethnicity is not racism.
--Assuming that a person of a different race or ethnicity with a track record of activism will be biased is not racism.
--Making fun of somebody of a different race or ethnicity is not racism.
--Saying a belligerent or insulting or hateful person should go back to where they came from and fix the problems there before assuming moral authority to accuse somebody else of creating or not fixing problems, even if that person is of a different race or ethnicity, is not racism.

Any of the above may spot on accurate and reasonable or may be faulty judgment, unwise, petulant, mean spirited, unkind, downright stupid. But it is not racism. The President at different times has done all of the above. And not a single time has it been out of or due to racism. We can argue whether he was prudent or wise or appropriate in any given situation, but racism is not an honest component of that argument.

 

Try telling that nonsense to those blacks who he and his father would not rent to until the government got involved with nice big fines.

Then we have the five innocent blacks that he took out a full front page in the NYT stating that they should be executed an to this day he will not admitted he was wrong DNA tests or no DNA tests.

Oh an Obama being black was not either a real American and could not had been bright enough to be a real road scholar.

But then if Trump would go on national TV with a clan robe outfit you would still claimed he is not a racist.
