Fascinating how for 35 years there were few if any mass shootings with either the AR-15 or AK-47, but as realistic first person shooter computer games advanced realistically in conjunction with reckless prescribing of psychotropic drugs to teens and the mass shootings started. Can anyone please explain why you think the guns that have been around for 35+ years are the problem and not the first person shooter games and psychotropic drugs handed out like candies from a gumball machine which coincides with the rise of mass shootings?

I agree that motive is important, whether it's gang related, shooting your neighbors or killing your own family. Targeted killings is different than just randomly murdering unknown innocent people. Nonetheless the photo does force us to think outside our traditional zones.
Its worth noted that if gang shootings (like drive-bys) hadn't been added to the 'mass shooting' statistics to bolster gun-control pushing studies, that picture would be a lot whiter. But they did, so it isn't.
Don't be me wrong . I wholly agree with the OP premise that the MSM portrayal of these and other things is a joke - and there are plenty of really good examples of this. I just like to try to shoot my arrows as straight as I can.

Kinda the point of my thread here. Yes there is a difference in random public shootings and gang violence but the medias deception is effecting many people. They are simultaneously preaching two points "An epidemic of white supremacist killings, motivated by racial hate" (thus, they can pin it on Trump) and 'hundreds of mass shootings, just this year alone'. Yes, there have been several mass shootings by apparent white supremacist, but far from some epidemic. The agenda they are pushing, could very well spark mass shootings of whites, by other races. It is extremely reckless.

Not saying they are or they aint, but do you have any other theories? Boys in high school used to go to school with hunting rifles in their trucks, yet no one felt the need to run out to the truck and shoot up the school. What changed?
Here's the thing....other countries are also exposed to these same games, but their people don't go off the deep end killing people. In some cases it is actual hate, as in the El Paso shooting.
