Overall.... except for Paul, the entire the New Testament seems to have ben written in greek by sophisticated but anonymous authors.... in contrast to the apostles who were poor and unsophisticated people whose language was aramaic.

They were written in Latin. All other Bible versions are based on that. The Bible, as such, did not exist before that time.

 

The Epistles are written to Jews and Gentiles. Aren't you aware of that?
