Trump says Justice Brett Kavanaugh should ‘start suing people’ after new report of sexual misconduct

As alleged in the NYTimes: "A classmate, Max Stier, said he saw Kavanaugh with his pants down at the party, where friends pushed Kavanaugh’s penis into the young woman’s hand."

Refuting or confirming such a charge is in the public interest. Truth is good.

 

Oh Max Stiener who has had a running feud with Kavenaugh for years who provides no corroboration and now refuses to talk about it.....
You said additional charges this is an old debunked allegation that was investigated.

What's stopping the Dems from further investigation of any and all of this? You know, like they promised they were going to do a year ago?

Why is the FBI required? There are other ways and means of investigation. How much effort have the Dems put into "getting to the truth" over the last year?

 

I know nothing of your "running feud with Kavanaugh" nor why Stier's account now becoming public would fit with such an old antipathy.

He has neither confirmed not denied it.

The fact is that his allegation is now public, and a serious attempt to ascertain its accuracy or its falsity is entirely appropriate.

The truth is important for all concerned, inconvenient as it may be for one side or another.

 

I heard that Kavanaugh probably had premarital sex with another college student, a male. Not that there's anything wrong with that.....unless it's a nominee to the Supreme Court that isn't a flaming leftist...…..

 

The pertinent matter does not involve the propensity of drunken youth for gross incivilities.

There must be a full Congressional investigation to determine whether someone, and if so who, gave orders that kept the FBI from investigating credible allegations & speaking to witnesses who reached out to them. If he refuses to expand upon his alleged account, then the matter will no longer be of public import.

It is essential that he be questioned.

 

To say he's "nonpartisan" is just laughable.

And why exactly do you believe her and are willing to say that the weight of the evidence is that Kavanaugh assaulted her?

 

Regardless of whether that is correct, Stier's alleged statement demands that he be questioned.

Perhaps, it was falsely reported, but it should not be summarily suppressed without a conscientious effort to ascertain the truth.
