WHAT, the economy had already had a negative quarter of GDP before he was even elected and went into recession 5 weeks after he took office. What are you talking about? After during recession and dot.com bust and 9/11 all in his first year in office he and the Republican mostly did the right things to mitigate the damage and get us into a full and strong recovery that lasted 52 and they brought the one year high deficit of $400B down to a paltry $161B. Then the Democrats took back the Congress and fiscal control January of 2007. How'd things turn out after that fiscally? How'd they do getting us through a recession and into a full recovery?

Lot's of people are admired and popular but I wouldn't vote for President. Why would anyone vote for her or even consider her?

She ticks the minority boxes, they vote based on such 'criteria'. Qualifications are an afterthought, if at all.

A is for approachable, b is for believable, c is for charitable, d is for Democrat, e is for exceptional, etc.
Ps. Would you ever vote for a Democrat?

    I voted for Obama '08
    and he lied to me.

In the West it is not so much Party as principle.
Less Party loyalty in the West.

How independent of the Party can a representative be?

    Principle? Trump?

    The voter independent of party.
They may be registered this or that but, when it comes down to voting . . .

    Ahhahaha! Michelle Obama!
Wow you guys are really getting desperate.

Not that I blame you for scrounging in the discard pile. You really have nothing left to lose.

And the delusional hope is almost, (but not really) pitiable.

I voted for Obama in '08, then in '09 realized it was all a big Whopper™ of a lie.

Used to vote conservative in my faraway youth.
There are many people who declare that they love their country. I don’t always believe them as I don’t always believe people who parade their religion. It’s what they do, not say.

She is an articulate, clever woman with a history of civic involvement.
I believe that Americans don’t trust clever politicians.
She would be torn down and destroyed.

I have to think she has some HUGE skeletons in her closet that is keeping her from running. Really, she just doesn't feel like it? Same for Oprah, the single most powerful person in the world to my knowledge. Not kidding: I do not think B.H.O. would have been President without her endorsement.

From your link 6 times Republicans followed a dim who increased the debt and 5 times a dim followed a Republican with an increase in debt. The average debt increase for the Republicans was 42.8% and the dims had a 128.57% increase without FDR and a 248.5% increase with FDR. By all accounts and measurements from your article dims both left a higher percentage increase in debt and did so more often.

She was a good example of a supportive partner of a president.
Educated, a good mother, motivated to encourage health and fitness in American children, a modern woman whose kids were a credit to her and a class act.

As I pointed out the average percentage increase is higher for Dims and lower for Republicans. Do the math.

You're not a real fiscal conservative. Most republicans I know now despise Bush.
